cleaned as per user guide instructions ensure they are thoroughly
dry before storing away.
MAINS LEAD
• Do not allow the mains lead to become strained or run this
appliance over it.
• If the electrical cable becomes damaged, the complete cable
assembly must be replaced. Do not attempt this task yourself.

HOW TO INSTALL / OPERATE THE MACHINE
Before you start
• Always switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner before
connecting or disconnecting the hose/attachments, or removing
and emptying the dirt container.
• The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for
any reason the vacuum cleaner does overheat the thermostat will
automatically turn the vacuum cleaner off. If this happens, switch
the vacuum cleaner off and unplug from electrical socket. Remove
and empty the dirt container and also check the vacuum cleaner for
blockages. Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool for approximately
1 hour (if you have cleaned the lters please wait 24 hours for the
lters to fully dry before putting back into the machine).
• Clean the pre-motor lter every time the dirt container is emptied
and replace the lters every 12 months.
• If the vacuum cleaner is blocked, switch off and unplug before
removing the blockage.
ASSEMBLING YOUR MACHINE
IMPORTANT: The base of the vacuum cleaner should always
be positioned at on the oor when starting and in use. The
dirt container should be locked into place before lifting the
vacuum cleaner by the carry handle.
1. Press both buttons at the end of the hose and push hose into the
hose entry point.
2. Insert the hose grip into the telescopic extension tube.
3. Press the button on the telescopic extension tube and adjust to
required length.
4. Insert the other end of the telescopic extension tube into the
oorhead.
5. Fully unwind the power cord. A yellow mark on the cord indicates
the recommended cord length. Do not exceed the cord beyond the
yellow mark.
6. Plug into mains and press the On/Off button to switch the machine
on.
CAUTION: When unwinding the power cord always pull out to
the yellow marker but not further.
HOW TO USE
Carpets
Hard oors
7. For use on carpets, click rocker switch forward for use on hard
oors click rocker switch back.
8. A: Raise brushes for carpets. B: Lower brushes for hard oors.
9. Slide vent cover on hose grip open to reduce suction if required.
USING YOUR ACCESSORIES
10. Choose an accessory (combi brush / parquet brush / 3-in-1 crevice
nozzle)
11. Push accessory onto the telescopic extension tube or hose.
STORAGE
CAUTION: Make sure to hold the cord with your other hand to
prevent injury when rewinding.
12. Press the cord rewind button to retract the cord into the vacuum
cleaner.
13. Place the oorhead into the parking slot on the back of the vacuum
cleaner for storage and carrying.
EMPTYING AND CLEANING THE DIRT CONTAINER
IMPORTANT: Always switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner
from the electrical socket before assembling, opening or
emptying the dirt container, or before connection / disconnecting
the attachments. Check the pre-motor lter every time you empty
the dirt container and tap against a bin to remove dirt/debris if
required. Do not use your vacuum cleaner without all of the lters
in place.
The motor is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for any reason
the unit should overheat, the thermostat will automatically turn
the unit off.
14. Remove dirt container by pushing down the dirt container release
button and lifting the dirt container.
15. Hold dirt container over a bin. Pull the dirt release clip at the bottom
of the container, the dirt release door will open allowing dirt/debris
to fall out.
CLEANING THE PRE-MOTOR FILTER AND SPONGE
16. Lift the dirt bin lid release clip.
17. Lift the pre-motor lter and sponge to remove from the dirt
container.
18. Rap the pre-motor lter and sponge against a bin to remove any
dirt/debris.
19. Separate the sponge and lter and rinse under water (Max 40°C).
20. Leave to dry for 24 hours or until fully dry before placing back in the
machine.
CLEANING THE SEPARATOR
CAUTION: Incorrect tting of the separator cap will reduce
suction.
21. Lift the dirt bin lid release clip.
22. Lift the pre-motor lter and sponge to remove from the dirt
container.
23. Using central grips lift to remove separator from dirt container.
24. Twist grips clockwise and remove cap from separator.
25. Tap the separator against a bin to remove any dirt or debris.
REFITTING THE SEPARATOR
IMPORTANT: Incorrect tting of the separator will reduce suction.
26. Replace the separator cap, twist clockwise to lock.
27. Replace separator into dirt container, make sure the rectangular
hole in the dirt container lines up with the rectangular hole on the
separator.
POST-MOTOR FILTER MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: The post-motor lter is designed to offer long life
with no maintenance. The lter should be checked periodically
and when heavily discolored it should be replaced. Please do not
wash, scrub or brush the lter as this will damage the lter.
28. Push the post motor lter cover release clip to the right to remove
the post motor lter cover.
29. Pull the post motor lter to the left and remove the post motor lter.
30. Check the post motor lter for discoloration. Do not wash the post
motor lter.
Removing blockages from the hose
31. Remove the hose from the vacuum cleaner and telescopic
extension tube. Remove any blockage by inserting a wire coat
hanger into the hose.
NOTE: To test for a blockage in the hose, drop a small ball of
paper into the hose. The paper will drop through if the hose is
clear.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Should you have any problem with you cleaner, follow this simple
check list before calling the agency customer service center.
A: Some accessories are missing
1. Check the packaging content that is mentioned below the product
specications to be sure the parts included with the appliances.
B: Appliances have no power
The plug is not connected (well) into the electrical socket.
2. Check if the plug need to be replaced.
3. The motor thermostat may have tripped. If this has happened,
unplug the vacuum cleaner. Remove and empty the dirt container
and check the hose for blockages. Clean the lter sand allow
the vacuum cleaner to cool for approximately 1 hour (if you have
washed the lters you will need to wait 24 hours for the lters to
fully dry before putting them back into the vacuum cleaner).
C: Vacuum cleaner won’t pick up dust
1. The dirt container may not be correctly tted, remove the dirt
container from the vacuum cleaner and check it’s assembled
correctly, ret ensuring it’s locked into place.
2. The lter may be clogged, clean the lter.
3. The dirt container may be blocked, empty the dirt container.
4. There may be a blockage in the hose/tube. Disconnect from the
vacuum cleaner and carefully remove any blockages.

5. The lters may be clogged, clean the lter.

INSTALLATION UND BETRIEB DES GERÄTS
Vor dem Start
• Schalten Sie den Staubsauger immer aus und trennen Sie ihn
von der Stromversorgung, bevor Sie den Schlauch oder Zubehör
anbringen oder trennen oder den Schmutzbehälter abnehmen.
• Der Staubsauger ist mit einem Thermoschalter ausgestattet. Wenn
der Staubsauger aus irgendeinem Grunde überhitzt wird, schaltet
der Thermostat das Gerät automatisch aus. Wenn dies geschieht,
schalten Sie den Staubsauger aus und ziehen Sie den Stecker
aus der Steckdose. Entfernen und leeren Sie den Schmutzbehälter
und prüfen Sie den Staubsauger auf Verstopfungen oder
Blockierungen. Lassen Sie den Staubsauger etwa eine Stunde
lang abkühlen (wenn Sie die Filter gereinigt haben, warten Sie 24
Stunden, bis die Filter vollständig getrocknet sind, bevor Sie sie
wieder in das Gerät einsetzen).
• Reinigen Sie den Vormotorlter bei jedem Leeren des
Schmutzbehälters und tauschen Sie die Filter alle 12 Monate aus.
• Wenn der Staubsauger blockiert ist, schalten Sie ihn aus und
trennen Sie ihn vom Netzstrom, bevor Sie die Störung beseitigen.
MONTAGE DES GERÄTS
WICHTIG: Die Basis des Staubsaugers sollte beim Start
und während der Verwendung immer ach auf dem Boden
auiegen. Der Schmutzbehälter sollte verriegelt werden,
bevor der Staubsauger am Tragegriff angehoben wird.
1. Drücken Sie auf beide Tasten am Ende des Schlauchs und führen
Sie ihn in den Schlauchanschluss ein.
2. Setzen Sie den Schlauchgriff in das Teleskoprohr.
3. Drücken Sie auf die Taste am Teleskoprohr und stellen Sie es auf
die benötigte Länge ein.
4. Führen Sie das andere Ende des Teleskoprohrs in den Bodenkopf
ein.
5. Rollen Sie das Stromkabel vollständig ab. Eine gelbe Markierung
am Stromkabel zeigt die empfohlene Schnurlänge an.
Überschreiten Sie die gelbe Markierung nicht.
6. Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Netzsteckdose und schalten Sie
das Gerät mit der Ein-/Aus-Taste ein.
ACHTUNG: Ziehen Sie die Netzschnur beim Abwickeln bis zur
gelben Markierung, aber nicht weiter.
VERWENDUNG
Teppiche
Harte Böden
7. Drücken Sie zur Verwendung des Geräts auf Teppichen den
Kippschalter nach vorn und für harte Böden nach hinten.
8. A: Heben Sie die Bürsten für Teppiche. B: Senken Sie die Bürsten
für harte Böden.
9. Schieben Sie Lüftungsschlitzabdeckung am Schlauchgriff in die
offene Position, um die Saugleistung bei Bedarf zu verringern.
VERWENDUNG DES ZUBEHÖRS
10. Wählen Sie ein Zubehör (Kombibürste/Parkettbürste/3-in-1-
Fugendüse)
11. Drücken Sie das Zubehör auf das Teleskoprohr oder das
Schlauchende.
LAGERUNG
ACHTUNG: Achten Sie darauf, die Schnur mit der anderen
Hand zu halten, um Beschädigungen beim
Wiederaufwickeln zu vermeiden.
12. Drücken Sie auf die Kabelaufrolltaste, um dieses in den
Staubsauger einzuziehen.
13. Setzen Sie den Bodenkopf in die Aufbewahrungsöffnung an der
Rückseite des Staubsaugers, um ihn zu lagern oder zu tragen.
LEEREN UND REINIGEN DES SCHMUTZBEHÄLTERS
WICHTIG: Schalten Sie den Staubsauger immer aus und trennen
Sie ihn von der Stromversorgung, bevor Sie den Schmutzbehälter
montieren, öffnen oder leeren, oder bevor Sie Zubehörteile
anbringen oder abnehmen. Prüfen Sie bei jedem Leeren des
Schmutzbehälters den Vormotorlter und klopfen Sie damit
gegen einen Abfalleimer, um eventuell vorhandenen Schmutz zu
entfernen. Verwenden Sie den Staubsauger nicht, wenn nicht alle
Filter angebracht sind.
Der Motor ist mit einem Thermoschalter ausgestattet. Wenn das
Gerät aus irgendeinem Grunde überhitzt, schaltet der Thermostat
es automatisch aus.
14. Entfernen Sie den Schmutzbehälter, indem Sie die Taste zum
Lösen nach unten drücken und den Behälter anheben.
15. Halten Sie den Schmutzbehälter über einen Abfalleimer. Ziehen
Sie den Schmutzöffnungsclip unten an dem Behälter, wodurch sich
die Schmutzklappe öffnet und der Schmutz herausfallen kann.
REINIGEN DES VORMOTORFILTERS UND DES SCHWAMMS
16. Heben Sie den Clip zum Lösen des Schmutzbehälters.
17. Heben Sie den Vormotorlter und den Schwamm aus dem
Schmutzbehälter.
18. Klopfen Sie mit dem Vormotorlter und dem Schwamm gegen
einen Abfalleimer, um Schmutz davon zu entfernen.
19. Trennen Sie Schwamm und Filter und spülen Sie sie mit Wasser
ab (max. 40 °C).
20. Lassen Sie sie 24 Stunden lang vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie sie
wieder in das Gerät einsetzen.
