Anwendung und Pflege des Gehörschutzes

Alle Gehörschützer, für die diese Gebrauchsanweisung gilt, haben einen

Kopfbügel oder eine Helmbefestigung aus Thermoplast und

schaumstoffgefüllte Dichtungsringe. Dieser Gehörschutz soll den

Benutzer vor gefährlichen Geräuschen schützen, wenn er gemäß dieser

Gebrauchsanleitung verwendet wird. Alle anderen Verwendungen sind

nicht vorgesehen und daher nicht zulässig.

Hiermit erklärt ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG, dass der Gehörschutz

PoP, S2H und Z1C den Anforderungen der PSA EU Verordnung 2016/

425 und anderen geeigneten Richtlinien zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen

der CE-Kennzeichnung entspricht.

WARNUNG!

Es ist wichtig, dass die Gebrauchsanleitung befolgt wird. Andernfalls

kann es zu einer drastischen Reduzierung der Lärmdämmung und zu

schweren Verletzungen kommen.

Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie

generell alle Informationen auf.

– Der Gehörschutz muss in lauten Umgebungen immer verwendet

werden, um die volle Schutzwirkung zu erzielen! Nur 100 % Tragezeit

bietet ausreichend Schutz.

– Kein Gehörschutz kann absoluten Schutz vor Gehörschädigungen

bieten. Der Grad der Schutzwirkung hängt von verschiedenen

Einflüssen ab, wie z. B. Dauer der Benutzung und Frequenz der

Lärmquelle.

– Dieser Gehörschutz ist kein Ersatz für eine sichere Arbeitstechnik.

Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch des Motorgerätes kann zu Unfällen

führen. Deshalb unbedingt Sicherheitsbestimmungen der

entsprechenden Behörden (Berufsgenossenschaften o. a.) und

Sicherheitshinweise in der Gebrauchsanleitung des benutzten

Motorgerätes beachten.

– Die Hörbarkeit von Warnsignalen kann bei zu starker

Gehörschutzleistung an einem bestimmten Arbeitsplatz

beeinträchtigt werden, wenn ein Gehörschutz mit einer zu hohen

Lärmdämpfungsleistung in Bezug auf die Lärmumgebung verwendet

wird. Bei angelegtem Gehörschutz ist somit erhöhte Achtsamkeit und

Umsicht erforderlich,weil das Wahrnehmen von Gefahr

ankündigenden Geräuschen (Schreie, Signaltöne u.a.) eingeschränkt

ist.

– Gewisse chemische Substanzen können eine zerstörerische Wirkung

auf dieses Produkt haben. Weitere Informationen erhalten Sie beim

Hersteller.

– Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Gehörschutz regelmäßig auf seine

Funktionsfähigkeit überprüft wird.

– Jegliche Veränderungen des Produkts können die Schutzwirkung

negativ beeinflussen. Deshalb keinesfalls Veränderungen am Produkt

vornehmen. Verändertes Produkt unverzüglich entsorgen.

– Den Gehörschutz vor jeder Benutzung auf einwandfreien Zustand

überprüfen (beispielsweise optischer Zustand des Produkts). Bei

Schäden oder Veränderungen das Produkt unverzüglich entsorgen.

– Die schalldämpfenden Eigenschaften des Gehörschutzes können bei

Verwendung von z.B. dicken Brillenfassungen, Skimasken/

Sturmmaske usw. drastisch abnehmen.

– Die Verwendung von Schweiß-/Hygieneschutz über den Dichtringen

kann die Schalldämmeigenschaften des Gehörschutzes reduzieren.

– Der Kapselgehörschutz, insbesondere die Dichtungskissen, können

bei Gebrauch nachlassen und sollten in regelmäßigen Abständen auf

Risse und Undichtigkeiten untersucht werden.

– Entsorgen Sie das Produkt unverzüglich, wenn es Anzeichen von

Rissen oder Beschädigungen aufweist.

– Unsachgemäße Reinigung und Pflege kann die Schutzwirkung des

Produktes negativ beeinflussen. Bitte nur wie in dieser

Gebrauchsanleitung vorgeschrieben Reinigen und Pflegen.

– Reinigen Sie das Produkt mit milder Seife. Sie müssen sicherstellen,

dass das von Ihnen verwendete Reinigungsmittel die Haut nicht reizt.

Tauchen Sie das Produkt nicht in Wasser.

– Der Gehörschutz muss in einer trockenen und sauberen Umgebung,

geschützt vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, gelagert werden, z.B. in

der Originalverpackung.

Montage & Einstellung

: Entfernen Sie alle Haare im Bereich der Ohren und setzen Sie den

Gehörschutz auf die Ohren, so dass er bequem und fest sitzt. Achten

Sie darauf, dass die Ohren vollständig von den Gehörschutzkapseln

umschlossen sind und dass Sie einen gleichmäßigen Druck um die

Ohren herum spüren.

: Kopfbügel (Abbildung A): Stellen Sie die Größe des Kopfbügels so

ein, dass er leicht auf dem Kopf aufliegt.

: Helmmontage (Abbildung B): Diese Kapselgehörschützer dürfen nur

an dem folgenden Arbeitsschutzhelm montiert und verwendet

werden: STIHL FUNCTION Basic.

Schieben Sie die Helmhalterung des Gehörschutzes in die

Helmaufnahme, bis sie hörbar einrastet. Setzen Sie den

Gehörschutz auf die Ohren und drücken Sie ihn nach innen bis ein

Klicken zu hören ist. Stellen Sie den Gehörschutz und Helm so ein,

dass diese bequem und sicher auf dem Kopf sitzen.

Hygienesatz

– für S2H: 0000 884 0518

– für Z1C: 0000 884 0564

Die Dichtungskissen müssen regelmäßig (mindestens einmal pro

Halbjahr) und abhängig von der Nutzungsdauer ausgetauscht werden.

: Wählen Sie den richtigen Hygienesatz für Ihren Gehörschutz.

: Nur original STIHL Ersatzteile verwenden.

Hygienesatz wechseln

: Ziehen Sie den alten Dichtungsring ab (Illustration C).

: Alte Schaumstoffeinlage entfernen und neue Schaumstoffeinlage

einlegen (Illustration D).

: Neuen Dichtungsring über die Gehörschutzkapsel legen und

ausrichten (Illustration E).

: Außenkanten des Dichtungsringes andrücken bis er rundum

einrastet und fest an der Gehörschutzkapsel anliegt (Illustration F).

Verwendung und Wartung gemäß AS/NZS 1270 kann dieser

Gehörschutz bei Geräuschen bis zu 110 dB(A) unter Annahme eines

85 dB(A)-Kriteriums verwendet werden. Ein niedrigeres Kriterium kann

eine höhere Schutzklasse erfordern.

Kapselgehörschützer nach EN 352-3 sind von mittlerer Größe oder

kleiner Größe oder großer Größe. Kapselgehörschützer im mittleren

Größenbereich passen den meisten Benutzern. Gehörschutzkapseln mit

kleinen oder großen Größen wurden für Benutzer entwickelt, für die

Gehörschutzkapseln mittlerer Größe nicht geeignet sind.

Use and care of the earmuffs

All the hearing protectors which are included in this instruction sheet are

equipped with a thermoplastic headband or spring-arms and foam plastic

filled cushions. This hearing protector is intended to protect the wearer

from hazardous noise levels when fitted in accordance with these user

instructions. Any other uses are not intended and therefore not allowed.

Hereby, ANDREAS STIHL AG & Co. KG declares that the hearing

protectors PoP, S2H and Z1C are in compliance with the

PPE regulation EU 2016/425 and other appropriate directives to fulfil the

requirements of CE marking.

WARNING!

It is important that the instructions for use are followed. Failure to do so

could result in a drastic reduction in the noise attenuation and may lead

to serious injury.

Read these instructions carefully and keep all information in a safe place.

– The hearing protector must be used at all times in noisy environments

to provide the full protection effect! Only 100% wear time provides full

protection.

– No hearing protection can provide complete protection against

hearing damage. The level of protection depends on a number of

factors, such as the duration of usage and the frequency of the noise

source.

– These earmuffs are no substitute for safe working techniques.

Improper use of the power tool may result in accidents. For this reason

it is important to observe all local safety regulations, standards and

ordinances as well as the safety precautions in the instruction manual

of the power tool you are using.

– The audibility of warning signals at a specific workplace may be

impaired if over protected, when using a hearing protector with a too

high noise attenuation performance in relation to the noise

environment. Be particularly alert and cautious when wearing hearing

protection because your ability to hear warnings (shouts, alarms, etc.)

is restricted.

– Certain chemical substances can have a destructive effect on this

product. More information is available from the manufacturer.

– Ensure that the hearing protectors are regularly inspected for

serviceability.

– Modifications to the product may have a negative influence on its

protective function. For this reason do not attempt to modify the

product in any way. Immediately discard products that have been

modified.

– Before each use, check the condition of the product (e.g. optical

condition of product). Discard the product immediately if it is damaged

or has been modified.

– The hearing protector’s noise attenuating properties can dramatically

decrease with usage of for example thick spectacle frames, ski masks/

balaclavas, etc.

– Use of perspiration/hygienic protection over the sealing rings can

reduce the hearing protector’s noise attenuation properties.

– Earmuffs, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and

should be examined at frequent intervals for cracking and leakage.

– Immediately discard the product if showing signs of cracks or damage.

– Improper cleaning and care may have a negative influence on the

product’s protective function. Please follow the cleaning and care

instructions.

– Clean the product with mild soap. You must be sure that the detergent

you use does not irritate the skin. Do not dip the product in water.

– The hearing protector must be stored in a dry and clean environment,

out of direct sun light, e.g. in its original packaging.

Fitting & adjustment

: Brush away all hair from the ears and place the hearing protectors

over the ears so that they fit comfortably and snugly. Ensure that the

ears are completely enclosed by the hearing protectors and that you

have even pressure around the ears.

: Headband (Illustration A): Adjust the headband size so that it rests

lightly against the crown of your head.

: Helmet/Cap mount (Illustration B): These earmuffs should be fitted

to, and used only with the following industrial safety helmets:

STIHL FUNCTION Basic. Push the hearing protectors helmet

attachment into the helmet slot until it locks into position. Place the

hearing protectors over the ears and press inwards until you hear a

click. Adjust the hearing protectors and helmet so that they fit

comfortably and snugly on your head.

Pads should be replaced regularly (at least every six months), depending

on the duration of use.

: Choose the appropriate hygiene set for your ear protection.

: Always use original STIHL parts.

Replacing the hygiene set

: Pull off old pad (Illustration C).

: Remove foam insert and insert new foam insert (Illustration D).

: Position new pad over ear defender and align (Illustration E).

: Press outer edges of pad firmly until pad lies snugly against ear

defender all the way round (Illustration F).

used and maintained as specified in AS/NZS 1269, this protector may be

used in noise up to 110 dB(A) assuming an 85 dB(A) criterion. A lower

criterion may require a higher protector class.

Earmuffs complying with EN 352-3 are of medium size range or small size

range or large size range. Medium size range earmuffs will fit the majority

of wearers. Small size range or large size range earmuffs are designed

to fit wearers for whom medium size range earmuffs are not suitable.

applicable sont munis d'un serre-tête ou d'un système de fixation sur le

casque en thermoplastique et de coussins d'étanchéité remplis de

matière cellulaire. Les protège-oreilles sont conçus pour protéger

l'utilisateur contre les dangers causés par le bruit. À cet effet, les protège-

oreilles doivent être utilisés conformément aux instructions de la présente

Notice d'emploi. Toute autre utilisation n'est pas prévue et n'est donc pas

autorisée.

AVERTISSEMENT !

– Pour pleinement bénéficier de la protection auditive, il faut

continuellement porter les protège-oreilles chaque fois que l'on se

trouve dans une ambiance bruyante

! Ces protège-oreilles ne peuvent

offrir une protection suffisante que s'ils sont portés continuellement.

– Aucune protection auditive ne peut offrir une protection absolue contre

les lésions de l'ouïe. L'efficacité de la protection dépend de différents

facteurs, par ex. de la durée d'utilisation et de la fréquence de la

source sonore.

– Ces protège-oreilles ne dispensent pas d'appliquer une technique de

travail de sécurité. L'utilisation inadéquate de la machine peut être à

l'origine d'accidents. C'est pourquoi il faut impérativement respecter

les règles de sécurité des services compétents (caisses d'assurances

mutuelles et autres) et suivre aussi les indications de la Notice

d'emploi de la machine utilisée.

– Si l'atténuation du bruit est trop efficace pour un poste de travail

considéré, on risque de ne pas bien entendre des signaux

d'avertissement sonores, lorsqu'on porte des protège-oreilles trop

performants par rapport au bruit ambiant. En travaillant avec des

protège-oreilles, il faut donc faire tout particulièrement attention –

parce que des bruits signalant un danger (cris, signaux sonores etc.)

sont moins bien perceptibles.

– Certaines substances chimiques peuvent avoir des effets néfastes et

détériorer ce produit. Pour de plus amples informations, veuillez vous

adresser au fabricant.

– Veiller à ce que l'efficacité des protège-oreilles soit régulièrement

vérifiée.

– Toute modification apportée à ce produit peut avoir une influence

négative sur l'efficacité de la protection. C'est pourquoi il ne faut

apporter aucune modification à ce produit. Si ce produit a fait l'objet

de modifications, il doit être immédiatement mis au rebut.

– Avant d'utiliser les protège-oreilles, s'assurer qu'ils sont dans un état

impeccable (par ex. contrôle visuel de l'état du produit). Si le produit

présente des endommagements ou a subi des modifications, il faut

immédiatement le mettre au rebut.

– Les caractéristiques d'atténuation du bruit des protège-oreilles

peuvent être gravement dégradées si l'on porte par ex. des lunettes à

branches épaisses, un masque de skieur, une cagoule etc.

– L'utilisation d'une protection hygiénique/antisueur par-dessus les

coussins d'étanchéité peut réduire l'efficacité de l'amortissement du

bruit par les capsules protège-oreilles.

– L'efficacité des capsules protège-oreilles et en particulier des

coussins d'étanchéité peut baisser au fur et à mesure de l'utilisation et

c'est pourquoi il faut vérifier, à des intervalles réguliers, si ces

éléments ne présentent pas par ex. un manque d'étanchéité ou des

fissures.

– Mettre immédiatement ce produit au rebut s'il présente un début de

fissuration ou d'endommagement.

– Un nettoyage ou un entretien inadéquat peut avoir une influence

négative sur l'effet de protection du produit. Pour le nettoyage et

l'entretien, procéder exclusivement comme prescrit dans la présente

Notice d'emploi.

– Nettoyer le produit avec un savon doux. Veiller à ce que le produit de

nettoyage employé n'irrite pas la peau. Ne pas plonger le produit dans

l'eau.

– Les protège-oreilles doivent être conservés à un endroit sec et à l'abri

du soleil, par ex. dans l'emballage d'origine.

Montage et réglage

: Écarter tous les cheveux qui se trouvent dans la zone de l'oreille et

appliquer les capsules protège-oreilles sur les oreilles de telle sorte

qu'ils soient bien serrés et puissent être portés confortablement.

Veiller à ce que les oreilles soient intégralement entourées par les

capsules protège-oreilles et qu'une pression régulière soit

perceptible sur tout le tour des oreilles.

: Serre-tête (Illustration A) : régler la taille du serre-tête de telle sorte

qu'il s'applique légèrement sur la tête.

: Montage sur le casque (Illustration B) : Ces protège-oreilles ne

doivent être montés et utilisés que sur le casque de sécurité industriel

suivant : STIHL FUNCTION Basic.

Glisser le support de fixation du protège-oreilles sur le casque dans

la prise du casque, jusqu'à ce qu'il s'encliquette avec un déclic

audible. Mettre les protège-oreilles sur les oreilles et les pousser vers

l'intérieur jusqu'à ce qu'ils s'encliquettent avec un déclic audible.

Ajuster les protège-oreilles et le casque de telle sorte qu'ils soient

bien positionnés sur la tête et puissent être portés confortablement.

Jeu de pièces hygiéniques

– Pour S2H : 0000 884 0518

– Pour Z1C : 0000 884 0564

Les coussins d'étanchéité doivent être remplacés régulièrement (au

moins une fois tous les 6 mois) et en fonction de la durée d'utilisation.

: Choisir le jeu de pièces hygiéniques qui convient pour ces protège-

oreilles.

: Utiliser exclusivement des pièces de rechange d'origine STIHL.

Remplacement du jeu de pièces hygiéniques

: Extraire l'ancien coussin d'étanchéité (Illustration C).

: Enlever l'ancienne garniture en matière cellulaire et insérer la

garniture en matière cellulaire neuve (Illustration D).

: Poser le coussin d'étanchéité neuf par-dessus la capsule protège-

oreille et l'ajuster (Illustration E).

: Presser fermement le coussin d'étanchéité sur les bords extérieurs,

jusqu'à ce que tout le tour s'applique sur la capsule protège-oreille

(Illustration F).

Aplicación y cuidados del protector para los oídos

Todos los protectores de los oídos para los que rige este manual de

instrucciones tienen una diadema o una fijación de termoplástico en el

casco y anillos de obturación rellenos de gomaespuma. Este protector

para los oídos tiene como finalidad proteger al usuario contra ruidos

peligrosos si se emplea con arreglo a este manual de instrucciones.

Todas las demás aplicaciones no se han previsto, por lo que son

ADVERTENCIA:

– El protector para los oídos se tiene que emplear siempre en

ambientes ruidosos a fin de obtener el pleno efecto protector. Solo si

se lleva al 100

% del tiempo que resulta necesario, se obtendrá la

suficiente protección.

– Ningún equipo protector para los oídos puede proporcionar una

protección absoluta contra lesiones de los oídos. El grado del efecto

protector depende de distintas influencias, como p. ej. la duración del

uso y la frecuencia de la fuente del ruido.

– Este protector para los oídos no sustituye una técnica de trabajo

segura. El uso inadecuado de la máquina a motor puede provocar

accidentes. Por esta razón, deberán observarse siempre las

advertencias de seguridad de las respectivas autoridades

(Asociaciones profesionales, etc.) y las indicaciones relativas a la

seguridad existentes en el manual de instrucciones de la respectiva

máquina.

– La percepción auditiva de señales de advertencia puede verse

perjudicada por una protección excesiva de los oídos, si dicha

protección es superior a lo que requiere el ruido ambiental en un

determinado puesto de trabajo. Por ello, al llevar un protector para los

oídos, hay que prestar más atención y tener más precaución, porque

se perciben peor las señales de aviso de peligro (gritos, señales

acústicas o similares).

– Ciertas sustancias químicas pueden tener un efecto destructivo sobre

este producto. Para más información se ha de recurrir al fabricante.

– Asegúrese de que se compruebe con regularidad el funcionamiento

del protector para los oídos.

– Cualesquiera modificaciones del producto pueden influir

negativamente en el efecto protector, Por ello se ha de evitar realizar

modificaciones en el mismo. El producto modificado se ha de

desechar sin demora.

– Cada vez que haya que usar el protector para los oídos, se deberá

comprobar que se encuentra en perfecto estado (por ejemplo, el

estado óptico del mismo). En caso de apreciar daños o

modificaciones, desechar el producto sin demora.

– Las propiedades absorbentes del ruido del protector para los oídos

pueden mermar drásticamente en caso de utilizar p. ej. monturas

gruesas de gafas, máscaras para esquiar/máscaras para tormentas,

etc.

– El uso de un protector para el sudor o higiénico sobre los anillos de

obturación puede disminuir la capacidad de absorción del ruido del

protector para los oídos.

– Los cascos para los oídos, especialmente las almohadillas aislantes,

pueden deteriorarse con el uso y se han de comprobar regularmente

en cuanto a grietas y faltas de estanqueidad.

– Desechar el producto sin demora en cuanto se aprecien grietas o

daños.

– La limpieza y los cuidados inapropiados pueden influir negativamente

en el efecto protector del producto. La limpieza y los cuidados solo se

han de realizar tal y como se prescriben en este manual de

instrucciones.

– Limpiar el producto con jabón suave. Asegurarse de que el detergente

utilizado no irrite la piel. No sumergir en agua el producto.

– El protector para los oídos se deberá guardar en un ambiente seco y

limpio, protegido contra la radiación solar directa, p. ej. en su

embalaje original.

Montaje & Ajuste

: Apartar el pelo de la zona de las orejas y colocar el protector para los

oídos sobre las orejas, de modo que asiente de forma cómoda y

firme. Prestar atención a que los cascos protectores cubran por

completo las orejas y a que perciba una presión uniforme alrededor

de las orejas.

: Diadema (imagen A): ajustar el tamaño de la diadema, de manera

que quede ligeramente aplicada a la cabeza.

: Montaje del casco (imagen B): estos cascos protectores solo se

deberán montar y utilizar en el siguiente casco protector:

La sujeción para el protector para los oídos existente en el casco se

ha de introducir en el alojamiento del casco hasta que encastre.

Colocarse el protector para los oídos sobre las orejas y presionarlo

hacia dentro hasta que se oiga un clic. Ajustar el protector para los

oídos y el casco, de manera que asienten en la cabeza de forma

cómoda y segura.

Juego de higiene

– para S2H: 0000 884 0518

– para Z1C: 0000 884 0564

Las almohadillas aislantes se han de cambiar periódicamente (al menos

una vez cada medio año) y en función del tiempo de uso.

: Seleccione el juego de higiene correcto para su protector de oídos.

: Emplear únicamente piezas de repuesto originales STIHL.

Cambiar el juego de higiene

: Retirar el viejo anillo de obturación (imagen C).

: Quitar la capa de goma espuma vieja y colocar una nueva

(imagen D).

: Colocar el nuevo anillo de obturación sobre el casco y ajustarlo

(imagen E).

: Oprimir los bordes exteriores del anillo de obturación, hasta que

encastre en todo el perímetro y quede aplicado firmemente al casco

protector (imagen F).

En la selección, el uso y el mantenimiento según AS/NZS 1270, se

puede utilizar este protector para los oídos al tratarse de ruidos de hasta

110 dB(A), tomando como base un criterio de 85 dB(A). Un criterio

inferior puede hacer necesaria una clase de protección más alta.

Los cascos protectores según EN 352-3 son de tamaño medio, pequeño

o grande. Los cascos protectores de un tamaño de categoría media

sirven para la mayoría de los usuarios. Los cascos protectores de un

tamaño pequeño o grande se han desarrollado para aquellos usuarios a

los que no les sirven los cascos de la categoría media.

Uporaba i njega štitnika za zaštitu sluha

Svi štitnici za zaštitu sluha, za koje vrijedi ovaj naputak za korištenje,

imaju stremen za glavu ili pričvršćivanje za kacigu od termoplasta i

brtvene prstenove ispunjene pjenastim materijalom. Ovaj štitnik za

zaštitu sluha treba štititi korisnika od opasnosti zbog buke, pod uvjetom

da se upotrebljava u skladu s ovom uputom za uporabu. Drugi načini

uporabe nisu predviđeni pa stoga nisu dopušteni.

– Ovaj štitnik za zaštitu sluha mora se uvijek koristiti u okruženjima s

velikom bukom da bi se postiglo potpuno zaštitno djelovanje! Samo

nošenje štitnika cijelo vrijeme omogućuje dostatnu zaštitu.

– Niti jedan štitnik za zaštitu sluha ne može ponuditi potpunu zaštitu od

oštećenja sluha. Stupanj zaštitnog djelovanja ovisi o različitim

utjecajima, kao primjerice o duljini trajanja korištenja i frekvencije

izvora buke.

– Ovaj štitnik za zaštitu sluha nije nadomjestak za sigurnu tehniku rada.

Nestručna uporaba motornog uređaja može uzrokovati nesreće.

Stoga obvezno treba uvažavati sigurnosne odredbe odgovarajućih

tijela (strukovnih organizacija između ostalih), kao i naputke o

sigurnosti u radu iz upute za uporabu motornog uređaja koji se koristi.

– Ako se štitnik za sluh koristi s prejakom snagom prigušenja buke u

odnosu na buku iz okruženja, može se smanjiti uočavanje

upozoravajućih zvukova kod prejakog učinka štitnika za zaštitu sluha

na određenom radnom mjestu. Kada se primijenjuje štitnik za zaštitu

sluha, potrebna je povećana pozornost i obazrivost jer je uočavanje

upozoravajućih zvukova ograničeno (krici, signalni tonovi između

ostalog).

– Određene kemijske tvari mogu destruktivno djelovati na ovaj proizvod.

Daljnje obavijesti dobit ćete kod proizvođača.

– Pobrinite se da se funkcija štitnika za zaštitu sluha redovito

provjerava.

– Svaka preinaka proizvoda može negativno utjecati na zaštitno

djelovanje. Stoga nikako ne vršiti izmjene na proizvodu. Proizvod na

kojem je vršena izmjena treba neizostavno zbrinuti.

– Prije svakog korištenja provjerite je li štitnik za zaštitu sluha u

besprijekornom stanju (primjerice optičko stanje proizvoda). U slučaju

kvarova ili izmjena proizvod treba što prije zbrinuti u otpad.

– Svojstva prigušenja buke štitnika za zaštitu sluha mogu se drastično

smanjiti kada se koriste npr. debeli okviri naočala, skijaške maske/

potkapa itd.

– Uporaba zaštite od znoja / higijenske zaštite preko brtvenih prstenova

može smanjiti svojstva prigušenja buke štitnika za zaštitu sluha.

– Štitnik za zaštitu sluha s kapsulama, posebice podstave od tkanine,

mogu popustiti tijekom uporabe pa bi trebalo u redovitim vremenskim

intervalima provjeriti jesu li oštećeni i nepropusni.

– Kada proizvod pokaže znakove pukotina ili oštećenja, zbrinite ga bez

odlaganja.

– Nestručno čišćenje i njega mogu negativno utjecati na zaštitnu

funkciju proizvoda. Vršite čišćenje i njegu samo kako je propisano u

ovoj uputi za uporabu.

– Čistite proizvod blagim sapunom. Vodite računa o tome da

uporabljeno sredstvo za čišćenje ne nadražuje kožu. Proizvod ne

uranjati u vodu.

– Štitnik za zaštitu sluha mora se čuvati u suhom i čistom okruženju npr.

u originalnom pakiranju, zaštićen od izravnog sunčevog zračenja.

Montaža & podešavanje

: Maknite svu kosu u području ušiju i postavite štitnik za zaštitu sluha

na uši, tako da udobno i čvrsto dosjedne. Pobrinite se da uši u

potpunosti budu obuhvaćene kapicama štitnika i da oko ušiju

osjećate ravnomjeran tlak.

: Luk za glavu (slika A): podesite veličinu luka za glavu tako da lagano

dosjedne na glavu.

: Montaža kacige (slika B): ovi štitnici za zaštitu sluha s kapicama smiju

se montirati i koristiti samo na sljedećoj radnoj zaštitnoj kacigi:

Držač štitnika za zaštitu sluha na kacigi gurnite na prihvat kacige, dok

čujno ne dosjedne. Postavite štitnik za zaštitu sluha na uši i pritisnite

ga prema unutra dok ne začujete škljocanje. Podesite štitnik za

zaštitu sluha i kacigu tako da udobno i sigurno sjede na glavi.

Garnitura za higijenu

Brtveni jastučići moraju se mijenjati redovito (najmanje jedanput u pola

godine) i ovisno o trajanju korištenja.

: Izaberite ispravnu garnituru za higijenu svojeg štitnika za zaštitu

sluha.

: Upotrebljavajte samo originalne rezervne dijelove poduzeća STIHL.

Zamjena garniture za higijenu

: Skinite stari brtveni prsten (slika C).

: Uklonite stari uložak od pjenastog materijala i umetnite novi (slika D).

: Namjestite i postavite novi brtveni prsten preko kapsule štitnika za

zaštitu sluha (slika E).

: Čvrsto pritisnite brtveni prsten na vanjski rub dok ne uskoči i legne

okolo na kapsulu štitnika za zaštitu sluha (slika F).
