General

Read the instructions carefully before

commencing the installation.

These instructions must be supplemented

by the installation instructions for the

Deviflex™ heating cable.

The Deviflex™ heating cable must at all

times be in contact with the aluminium

plate or aluminium tape.

Observe the maximum area effect of 100

Watt/m2 in Devicell™.

Devicell™ dry must only be fitted with

Deviflex™ DTIP-8, DTIP-10, DTIE-8 or

DTIE-10 heating cable.

Do not use sharp or pointed objects while

laying the cable.

Observe national regulations and stan-

dards for the area.

Remember to buy a Deviflex™ heat-

ing cable, a Devireg™ thermostat and a

Devicell™ mounting kit.

Note:

Do not lay the cable outside the plates,

except where covered with aluminium tape.

Connection of the heating cable must be

done by an authorised electrician.

The cable lines must not cross each other.

Calculating the required num-

ber of plates

Measure the room, and calculate the

number of square metres. One plate is o.5

m2. The entire room can be covered by

Devicell™ dry. Alternatively, a 13-mm layer

of plaster board can be laid in areas where

heating is not required.

Make sure the length of the Deviflex™

heating cable is less than 5 meters x num-

ber of plates laid.

Subfloor

Devicell™ dry is laid out as a floating floor

structure and can be laid on all types of

sub floors. The sub floor must be clean,

level, firm and stable.

Preparation

Clean the subfloor thoroughly. Lay out a

moisture barrier if one is not already pres-

ent.

The Devicell™ dry plates should be laid out

so as to cover the entire floor. Ensure the

plates are laid in the same direction, and

lay them closely together with the grooves

aligned to each other.

The plates are easily adapted to any room

size, e.g. by use of a jig saw with an alu-

minium blade. Sharp edges should be

smoothed and rounded.

Use the enclosed locks to lock the plates

together.

The thermostat can be placed anywhere in

the room. Where the cable exits the wall,

use a jig saw to make room in the plate

for the cold tail cable connector and the

floor sensor. Smooth and round any sharp

edges, and pay particular attention to plac-

es where the cable is resting on a cut edge.

Apply a piece of aluminium tape to the

sub floor and the edges of the plate where

the heating cable splice will be laid.

Install the cable and the flex pipe in the

wall. The connection of the cable and

the thermostat must be carried out by an

authorised electrician.

Cover the cold tail cable connector with

another layer of aluminium tape, and

mount the sensor casing on the floor by

either screws or glue and glue it in the end

of the flex pipe.

Now lay the cable out over the entire floor.

Do not lay the cable outside the plates.

Press the cable into the grooves. Do not

try to hammer or beat the cable into place,

it might cause damage to the cable.

When the entire cable has been laid out, a

hole is cut in the plate to make room for

the cable end. Saw the plate with e.g. a jig

saw with an aluminium blade. Smooth

and round any sharp edges. Subsequently,

place the cable end between two pieces of

aluminium tape with contact to the alu-

minium plate.

When the cable has been laid out and

tested (see instructions for the Deviflex™

heating cable), lay out a step damping and

the wooden flooring.

Accessories

It is strongly recommended to use a

Devireg™ thermostat with a floor sensor to

control the floor heating system. The cable

must not be connected without thermostat

control.

Set the thermostat to ensure the wooden

floor surface does not exceed 27°C.

Remember to buy one mounting kit per

thermostat to be installed.

If, however, contrary to all expectations, a

problem should occur with your heating

system, we at DEVI, with manufacturing

sites in Denmark, are, as European Union

suppliers, subject to general product liabil-

ity rules, as stated in Directive 85/374/

CEE, and all relevant national laws.

DEVI provides a warranty for Deviflex™

heating cables, Devimat™ heating mats and

Devicell™ dry for a 10 year period and all

other DEVI products for a 2 year period

against defects in material and production.

The guarantee is granted on conditions

that the WARRANTY CERTIFICATE on

the overleaf is filled out properly in accor-

dance to instructions and that the defect

is inspected by, or presented to, an autho-

rised DEVI distributor.

The obligation of DEVI will be to repair

or supply a new unit, free of charge to

the customer, whitout secondary charges

linked to repairing the unit. In case of

defective Devireg™ thermostats, DEVI

reserves the right to repair the unit free of

charge and without unreasonable delay to

the customer.

No repairs will be accepted by DEVI with-

out prior concent from DEVI.

The DEVI warranty does not cover instal-

lations made by unauthorised electricians,

or faults caused by incorrect designs sup-

plied by others, misuse, damage caused by

others, or incorrect installation or any sub-

sequent damage, that may occur. If DEVI

is required to inspect or repair any defects

caused by any of the above, then all work

will be fully chargeable.

The DEVI warranty is void, if payment of

the equipment is in default.

At all times, we at DEVI will respond

honestly, efficiently and promptly to all

queries and reasonable requests from our

customers.

bitte sorgfältig lesen.

Diese Verlegeanleitung muss durch

die Verlegeanleitung für das Deviflex™

Heizkabel ergänzt werden.

Das Deviflex™ Heizkabel muss immer

Kontakt zur Aluplatte oder zum Alu-

Klebeband haben.

Devicell™ darf nur zusammen mit

Deviflex™ DTIP-10 oder DTIE-10

Heizkabel und einer flächenspezifischen

Leistung von maximal 100 Watt je m²

montiert werden.

Für die Montage des Kabels keine scharfen

oder spitzen Gegenstände verwenden.

Bitte aktuelle nationale Bestimmungen

und Vorschriften beachten.

Den Kauf eines Deviflex™ Heizkabels,

eines Devireg™ Thermostats und eines

Devicell™ Montage-Sets nicht vergessen.

BITTE BEACHTEN!

Das Kabel nicht außerhalb der Platten

verlegen, es sei denn, dass es durch einen

Alu-Klebeband geschützt ist.

Errechnung des

Materialumfangs

Den Raum ausmessen und die

Quadratmeterzahl bestimmen, eine

Platte ist 0,5 m². Der ganze Boden kann

mit Devicell dry Platten verlegt werden.

Alternativ können in dem Bereich,

der nicht beheizt sein soll, 13 mm

Gipskartonplatten verlegt werden.

Das Deviflex™ Heizkabel darf nicht länger

sein als 5m x Zahl der zu verlegenden

Platten.

Unterlag

Devicell™ dry wird als schwimmende

Bodenkonstruktion verlegt und eignet

sich für alle Typen von Unterboden. Die

Unterlage muss sauber, eben, fest und sta-

bil sein.

Verlegeanleitung DE

Vorbereitung

Den Unterboden sorgfältig reinigen. Falls

nicht schon vorhanden, eine Dampfsperre

auslegen.

Die Devicell™ dry Platten so auf den

Boden legen, dass sie den gesamten Boden

decken. Die Platten jeweils in die gleiche

Richtung und eng aneinander legen. Die

Führungsrillen müssen aufeinander tref-

fen.

Die Platten lassen sich mit Hilfe einer

Stichsäge mit Alublatt oder ähnlichem

leicht zuschneiden und so an die Größe

des jeweiligen Raums anpassen. Scharfe

Kanten abgraten und abrunden.

Die Platten durch die beigefügten Riegel

miteinander verbinden.

Der Thermostat kann je nach Wunsch

im Raum angebracht werden. Beim

Kabelaustritt aus der Wand wird ein Teil

aus der Platte ausgesägt, um Platz für die

Heizkabelmuffe und den Bodenfühler zu

schaffen. Scharfe Kanten werden abgegra-

tet und abgerundet. Bitte besonders auf

Stellen achten, wo das Kabel auf einer

Schnittkante liegt.

Ein Stück Alu-Klebeband dort auf den

Boden und über die Plattenkanten kleben,

wo sich die Muffe des Heizkabels befindet.

Kabel und Leerrohr in der Wand mon-

tieren. Das Kabel durch einen autorisi-

erten Elektromonteur an das Thermostat

anschließen lassen.

Die Muffe mit einem weiteren Stück Alu-

Klebeband abdecken. Das Fühlergehäuse

auf den Boden befestigen und mit dem

Leerrohr verbinden.

Das Kabel verlegen. Das Kabel darf nicht

außerhalb der Platten verlegt werden.

Das Kabel in die Rillen hineindrücken.

Um Schäden am Kabel zu vermeiden,

nicht auf das Kabel schlagen oder häm-

mern.

Nach dem vollständigen Verlegen des

Kabels für die Endkappe ein Loch in die

Platte sägen. Die Platte mit einer Stichsäge

mit Alublatt oder ähnlichem aussägen. Die

Kanten abgraten und abrunden.

Die Endkappe zwischen zwei Stück Alu-

Klebeband, die Verbindung zur Aluplatte

haben müssen, legen.

Nachdem das Kabel verlegt und getestet

worden ist (siehe Anleitung für Deviflex™

Heizkabel) Trittschalldämmung und

Holzboden verlegen.

Zubehör

Für die Regelung des Bodenheizsystems

einen Devireg™ Thermostat mit

Bodenfühler benutzen. Das Kabel darf

nicht ohne Thermostatsteuerung ang-

eschlossen werden. Den Thermostat so

einstellen, dass die Holzbodenoberfläche

27°C nicht übersteigt.

Für jeden Thermostat ein Montage-Set

kaufen.

Sie haben ein deviheat™ Produkt gekauft,

von dem wir sicher sind, daß es die

Behaglichkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit Ihres

Hauses erhöhen wird.

Deviheat™ liefert komplette Heizlösungen

mit Deviflex™ Heizleitungen oder

Devimat™ Heizmatten, Devireg™

Thermostaten, Devicell wärmeverteilungs

Wenn jedoch entgegen allen Erwartungen

ein Problem mit unserem Produkt

auftauchen sollte, ist es wichtig zu wis-

sen, daß DEVI mit Fabrikationsbetrieben

in Dänemark als Lieferant in der

Europäischen Gemeinschaft den generel-

len Haftungsregeln wie sie in der Direktive

85/374/CEE und den Gesetzen festgelegt

sind, unterliegt.

DEVI gewährt für Materialdefekte und

Fabrikationsfehler eine 10-Jahres-Garantie

auf Deviflex™ Heizleitungen Devicell™ und

devimat™ Heizmatten und eine 2-Jahres-

Garantie auf alle anderen DEVI Produkte.

Die Garantiefrist ist abhängig von der

Bedingung, daß das Garantiezertifikat

auf der Rückseite sorgfältig ausgefüllt ist

und der Defekt von einem autorisierten

Elektroinstallateur festgestellt wurde.

Das Garantiezertifikat muß in der jewei-

ligen Landessprache ausgestellt und mit

dem ISO-Code für das Land in der oberen

linken Ecke auf der Vorderseite von der

Installationsanleitung versehen sein.

Die Verplichtung der DEVI besteht darin,

dem Kunden das Produkt kostenlos zu

reparieren oder zu ersetzen.

Bei defekten Devireg™ Thermostaten

behält sich das Recht vor, diesen ohne

Belastung für den Kunden und ohne

unbegründete Verzögerung zu reparieren.

Die DEVI Garantie deckt keine

Installationen, die von unautorisierten

Elektroinstallateuren ausgeführt wurden,

falsche Anwendung, Beschädigung durch

Fremdverschulden, falsche Installation

oder nachträglich eintretende Fehler, die

dadurch auftreten könnten. Repariert die

DEVI Produkte, die aus einem der vor-

genannten Gründe aufgetreten sind, sind

alle Kosten vom Kunden zu tragen.

Die DEVI Garantie erlischt, wenn die

Zahlung des Materials im Verzug ist.

Lire très attentivement ces instructions

avant de procéder à l’installation.

Ces instructions doivent compléter celles

concernant le câble chauffant Deviflex™ .

La câble chauffant Deviflex™ doit toujours

être en contact avec la plaque d’aluminium

ou le ruban d’aluminium.

Devicell™ ne doit pas dépasser une puis-

sance de 100 W/m². Devicell™ ne doit être

monté qu’avec Deviflex™ DTIP-8/10 W ou

avec le câble chauffant DTIE-8/10 W.

Ne pas utiliser d’objets tranchants ou poin-

tus lors de la pose du câble.

Munissez-vous d’un câble chauffant

Deviflex™, d’un thermostat Devireg™ et

d’un kit de montage Devicell™

ATTENTION !

Ne pas poser le câble en dehors des

plaques, sauf s’il est couvert par le ruban

d’aluminium.

La câble doit être connecté par un élec-

tricien agréé.

Le câble ne doit pas être entrelacé ou

croisé.

Calcul du nombre de plaques

nécessaires

Mesurer la pièce et calculer le nombre

de mètres carrés. Toute la pièce peut être

recouverte de plaques Devicell™ dry. Une

plaque mesure 0.5 m². Il est possible de

poser du plâtre à plancher de 13 mm

sur les surfaces où l’on ne désire pas de

chauffage.

La câble chauffant Deviflex™ ne doit pas

être plus long que 5m x nombre de plaques

posées

Faux-plancher

Devicell™ dry est posé comme une struc-

ture de sol flottante et peut être posé sur

tous les types de faux-planchers. Le faux-

plancher doit être propre, uniforme, ferme

et stable.

Préparation

Nettoyer à fond le faux-plancher. Poser

un écran étanche à l’humidité, si celui-ci

n’existe pas.

Poser les plaques Devicell™ dry de manière

à ce qu’elles recouvrent toute la surface du

sol. Poser les plaques dans le même sens,

les unes près des autres, afin que les rain-

ures soient les unes en face des autres.

Les plaques s’adaptent facilement à

toutes les grandeurs de pièces et se cou-

pent à l’aide d’une scie sauteuse à lame

d’aluminium. Ebarber les arêtes vives et les

arrondir.

Verrouiller les plaques les unes aux autres

avec les attaches incluses.

Le thermostat doit être placé sur les parois

à l’abri de toutes influences extérieures

(source d’eau ou de chaleur et claquement

de porte). A l’endroit où le câble sort de

la paroi, scier la plaque pour aménager

un espace pour la jonction de câble et le

capteur au sol. Ebarber les arêtes vives et

les arrondir, être particulièrement attentif

aux endroits où le câble repose sur un

bord tranchant.

Appliquer un morceau de ruban

d’aluminium sur le sol et contre les bords

de la plaque, à l’endroit de la jonction sur

le câble chauffant.

Monter le câble et le tuyau flexible dans la

paroi. La câble doit être connecté au ther-

mostat par un électricien agréé.

Recouvrir la jonction de câble d’une nou-

velle couche de ruban d’aluminium et viss-

er ou coller le boîtier du capteur sur le sol,

et le coller à l’extrémité du tuyau flexible.

Poser ensuite le câble sur tout le sol. Le

câble ne doit pas être posé en dehors des

plaques.

Presser pour mettre en place le câble dans

les rainures. Ne pas forcer ou taper avec

un marteau sur le câble, car celui-ci pour-

rait être endommagé.

Lorsque tout le câble est posé, percer un

trou dans la plaque pour aménager un

espace pour l’extrémité du câble. Scier la

plaque avec, par exemple, une scie sau-

teuse à lame d’aluminium. Nettoyer et

arrondir les bords.

Placer ensuite l’extrémité du câble entre

deux morceaux de bande d’aluminium

avec contact à la plaque d’aluminium.

Lorsque le câble est posé et testé (voir

instructions pour le câble chauffant

Deviflex™), poser la feuille pour amortir

les pas et poser le plancher en bois.

Accessoires

Il est nécessaire d’utiliser un thermostat

Devireg™ avec sonde de dalle pour con-

trôler le système de chauffage au sol. Le

câble ne doit pas être connecté sans ther-

mostat. Le thermostat doit être réglé de

telle manière à ce que la température à la

surface du plancher en bois ne dépasse pas

27°C.

Ne pas oublier de vous munir d’un kit de

montage par thermostat à installer.

användas med Deviflex™ DTIE-10 värme-

kabel.

Inga vassa eller spetsiga föremål får använ-

das när kabeln monteras.

Följ nationella regler och standarder vid

installation.

Tänk på att komplettera med Deviflex™

värmekabel, Devireg™ termostat och

Devicell™ monteringssats för golvgivare.

OBS!

Temperaturen i golvet skall begränsas

enligt golvtillverkarens rekommendationer.

Följ även golvtillverkarens rekommen-

dationer ang användning av mattor

eller liknande som kan begränsa golvets

värmeavledning.

Beräkna förbrukning

Mät upp rummet och beräkna antalet

kvadratmeter, räkna med 2 plattor / 1 m².

Alternativt kan 13 mm golvgips läggas på

de partier där man inte vill ha värme.

Räkna med 10 m värmekabel / 1 m² yta.

Underlag

Devicell™ läggs ut som en flytande

golvkonstruktion och kan läggas på alla

typer av undergolv. Underlaget ska vara

rent, jämnt, fast och stabilt.

Vid eventuell tillskjutande markfukt skall

konstruktionen bedömas av sakkunnig.
