• Teach anyone using your kayak about safe guidelines prior to use.

• Know your own limits and act responsibly. Do not paddle alone.

• Stop when you are tired.

• Be in good physical condition and be cautious in your use of this or any other

watersports product.

• Do not paddle where the potential exists for dangerous conditions.

• Be aware of appropriate river water levels, tidal changes, dangers.

• Dress appropriately. Water and weather conditions can quickly cause hypothermia.

• Periodically check all equipment to ensure safety. Replace any portion of the equipment

that shows signs of wear.

• Do not add any hardware or attachments not otherwise supplied by the manufacturer.

WARNING

• Know the waterways.

• Do not use product on dry land.

• Never use at night, or in low-light conditions.

• Do not exceed the admissible weight load or user capacity stated on the type

label.

• Products are for use only by people who know how to swim.

• Personal oatation devices (life jackets) should always be worn during use.

• Not suitable for users under 5 years old.

• Uneven load distribution of persons or items can cause the product to capsize.

• Always remove personal items such as rings, watches or other sharp objects

before use.

• Before use, always check that the water is sufciently deep and the surrounding

area of 3m/9.8 feet is free from rocks, sandbanks and people.

• Adherence to the prescribed minimum water depth during use is imperative.

• Do not jump, dive or attempt somersaults onto the product from other objects

• Parents must supervise children during use.

• Do not use air compressors or compressed air to inate.

ASSEMBLY

1) Locate a at, dry area with access to the launch site. To prevent damage to your kayak do

not set up on sharp, pointed rocks, shells or coral. The kayak should be carried into position.

Dragging or sliding the product over ground, either before or after ination, can cause permanent

damage.

2) Unfold the kayak completely to prepare for ination. The valve is a Boston-type valve. The

Main valve must be securely screwed into the Ring Plate before ination.

3) Inate the Side Tubes to 2.0 psi (0,14 bar). DO NOT OVERFILL. Once inated, rmly cap each

valve.

4) Next inate the Floor to 1.0 psi (0,07 bar). The valve is also a Boston-type valve. Inate with

the oor valve closed. Once inated, rmly cap the valve. DO NOT OVERFILL. The valve must be

securely screwed into the Ring Plate before ination.

5) Conrm that the boat looks straight and level. Shifting of the inatable bladders during

transport or ination can occasionally cause the boat to have a slight twist. This condition is best

corrected with one or more bladders partially inated.

6) If twist is present, partially deate the oor and hold the boat by bow & stern handles (best

done with 2 people). Gently shake the boat up and down to re-position the oor, then fully re-

inate the oor. Occasionally it may be necessary to partially deate the side tubes and gently

reposition the inatable bladders by hand. Once in place, follow the original ination order – side

tubes rst and oor second.

7) Next position the seat(s) in the cockpit. Seat(s) connect to the oor with Velcro. Seats should

be placed so as to evenly balance the boat when in the water. A solo paddler should be slightly

aft of the boat’s center.

8) Once seat position(s) are conrmed, connect seat front straps to the accessory rings forward

of each seat using metal seat clips. Adjust front straps to bring seat back to upright position.

9) To install the n, turn the kayak upside down. Insert the front section of the n into the front

portion of the n box. Pull the n back while pushing it into the n box. When seated properly, the

Quick Release pin, found on a small rope nearby, will slide easily into the hole at the back of the

n box.

Your Aquaglide kayak comes with strategically positioned

drain plugs to allow for quick draining of water. You can

choose to leave the plugs open while paddling to allow for

the kayak to self-bail if you are in water which allows for the

bottom of the kayak to be exposed to air. However, if you

are paddling in at water, it is suggested to keep these drain

plugs closed. You can easily screw the drain plug to open or

close when you choose to drain water from our kayak.

corrigée avec une ou plusieurs vessies partiellement gonées.

6) En cas de torsion, dégoner partiellement le sol et tenir le bateau à l’aide des poignées d’étrave

et de poupe (idéalement avec deux personnes). Secouez doucement le bateau de haut en bas pour

repositionner le plancher, puis regonez-le complètement. Parfois, il peut être nécessaire de dégoner

partiellement les tubes latéraux et de repositionner doucement les vessies gonables à la main. Une

fois en place, suivez l’ordre de gonage d’origine - tubes latéraux en premier et second au sol.

7) Ensuite, placez le ou les siège (s) dans le cockpit. Le (s) siège (s) se connecte au sol avec du velcro.

Les sièges doivent être placés de manière à équilibrer le bateau lorsqu’il est dans l’eau. Un pagayeur

solo devrait être légèrement en arrière du centre du bateau.

9) Pour installer la dérive, retournez le kayak. Insérez la section avant de l’aileron dans la partie avant

de la boîte d’aileron. Tirez l’aileron en arrière tout en le poussant dans la boîte d’aileron. Une fois assis

correctement, la goupille à dégagement rapide, qui se trouve sur une petite corde à proximité, glissera

facilement dans le trou situé à l’arrière de la boîte à ailettes.

Votre kayak Aquaglide est livré avec des bouchons de

vidange stratégiquement placés pour permettre une vidange

rapide de l’eau. Vous pouvez choisir de laisser les bouchons

ouverts pendant le canotage an de permettre au kayak de

se soulager si vous êtes dans l’eau, ce qui permet au fond du

kayak d’être exposé à l’air. Toutefois, si vous pagayez dans

des eaux calmes, il est recommandé de garder ces bouchons

de vidange fermés. Vous pouvez facilement visser le bouchon

de vidange pour l’ouvrir ou le fermer lorsque vous choisissez

de drainer l’eau de notre kayak.

1) Suchen Sie einen achen, trockenen Bereich mit Zugang zum Startplatz. Stellen Sie das Kajak

3) Pumpen Sie die Seitenschläuche auf 2,0 psi (0,14 bar) auf. NICHT ÜBERFÜLLEN. Nach dem

Aufpumpen jedes Ventil fest verschließen.

4) Pumpen Sie den Boden anschließend auf 1,0 psi (0,07 bar) auf. Das Ventil ist auch ein

Boston-Ventil. Bei geschlossenem Bodenventil aufpumpen. Nach dem Aufpumpen das Ventil fest

1) Zoek een vlak, droog gebied met toegang tot de lanceerplaats. Om schade aan uw kajak

2) Vouw de kajak volledig uit om u voor te bereiden op inatie. De klep is een Boston-type

klep. De hoofdklep moet stevig in de ringplaat worden geschroefd voordat deze wordt

opgeblazen.

3) Blaas de zijbuizen op tot 0,14 bar (2,0 psi). NIET LATEN OVERLOPEN. Eenmaal

opgeblazen, sluit u elke klep stevig af.

4) Blaas vervolgens de vloer op tot 0,07 bar (1,0 psi). De klep is ook een klep van het type

Boston. Blaas op met de vloerklep gesloten. Eenmaal opgeblazen, sluit u de klep stevig af.

NIET LATEN OVERLOPEN. De klep moet stevig in de ringplaat worden geschroefd voordat

deze wordt opgeblazen.

5) Bevestig dat de boot recht en horizontaal kijkt. Het verschuiven van de opblaasbare blazen

tijdens transport of opblazen kan af en toe een lichte draaiing van de boot veroorzaken. Deze

toestand kan het beste worden gecorrigeerd met een of meer gedeeltelijk opgeblazen blazen.

6) Als draaiing aanwezig is, laat de vloer gedeeltelijk leeglopen en houd de boot vast aan

boeg- en hekgrepen (het beste te doen met 2 personen). Schud de boot voorzichtig op en

neer om de vloer te verplaatsen en blaas de vloer vervolgens volledig op. Af en toe kan het

nodig zijn om de zijbuizen gedeeltelijk te laten leeglopen en de opblaasbare blazen voorzichtig

met de hand te verplaatsen. Volg na plaatsing de originele opblaasvolgorde - de buizen aan

de zijkant eerst en daarna de vloer.

7) Plaats vervolgens de stoel (en) in de cockpit. Zitje (s) verbinden met de vloer met

klittenband. Zetels moeten zo worden geplaatst dat de boot gelijkmatig in evenwicht is

wanneer u in het water bent. Een solo-paddler moet iets achter het midden van de boot zijn.

8) Nadat de zitplaats (en) zijn bevestigd, verbindt u de voorste riemen van de stoel met behulp

van metalen stoelklemmen aan de accessoireringen voor elke stoel. Stel de voorste banden af

om de stoel weer rechtop te zetten.

9) Draai de kajak ondersteboven om de vin te installeren. Steek het voorste gedeelte van de

vin in het voorste gedeelte van de vinbox. Trek de vin terug terwijl u deze in de vinbox duwt.

Wanneer deze goed zit, zal de Quick Release pin, gevonden op een klein touw in de buurt,

gemakkelijk in het gat aan de achterkant van de vinkast schuiven.

Uw Aquaglide-kajak wordt geleverd met strategisch geplaat-

ste aftappluggen om water snel af te voeren. U kunt ervoor

kiezen om de pluggen open te laten tijdens het peddelen,

zodat de kajak zichzelf kan redden als u zich in water bevindt,

waardoor de onderkant van de kajak aan lucht kan worden

blootgesteld. Als u echter in vlak water peddelt, wordt

aangeraden deze aftappluggen gesloten te houden. U kunt

de aftapplug gemakkelijk vastschroeven om te openen of

te sluiten als u ervoor kiest om water uit onze kajak te laten

weglopen.
