CHAMPION / PROCLEAN MANIFOLD INSTALLATION

1. Install threaded union adapters on inlet to ﬁlter and discharge

(top) of pump, using Teﬂon tape supplied. Use four wraps of the

Teﬂon tape on adapter for proper seal.

2. Make sure “rib” on gasket is seated into the slot on the manifold

union assembly.

3. Finished installation should look like the picture in

Figure 3. The Inlet label is on top and before the union

going into the ﬁlter.
