Zahvaljujemo se vam za nakup masažne podloge, s katero si lahko pričarate sproščujoče vzdušje orientalske masaže kar doma. Podloga ima

funkciji masaže strech in shiatsu, masažne kroglice pa oddajajo prijetno toploto, ki sprošča mišice. Med sproščanjem in masiranjem lahko poslušate

• Ne surtout pas placer l’appareil sous votre ventre. Celui-ci s’utilise dans le dos, au niveau de la nuque ou des lombaires

uniquement !

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil sur des zones dont la peau souffre d’acné sévère, de rougeurs ou autres affections cutanées. Si

vous ressentez la moindre douleur ou sensation désagréable, cessez immédiatement l’utilisation.

• L’appareil possède une surface chaude. Les personnes insensibles à la chaleur doivent utiliser cet appareil avec précau-

tion

3- UTILISATION

Attention ! Pour que le mécanisme de massage fonctionne, vous devez impérativement enlever la vis de transport si-

tuée au dos de l’appareil à l’aide de la clé hexagonale avant toute utilisation. Si vous ne l’enlevez pas, votre appareil sera

irrémédiablement endommagé. N’essayez pas de replacer la vis après l'avoir retirée, jetez la.

Poser le matelas à plat ou légèrement incliné au niveau du dos, sur un lit ou bien sur le sol.

Remarque :

attention, bien veiller à utiliser le matelas sur une surface stable. Ne pas utiliser sur un lit mou.

Raccorder le bloc d’alimentation (d) au cordon du matelas (c). Brancher la prise sur le secteur. (Figure 1)

Allongez-vous confortablement sur le dos et positionnez le bas de votre dos sur le bas de la partie supérieure du mate-

las (Figure 2). . Appuyer sur l’interrupteur « Marche/Arrêt » (1) de la télécommande (le voyant (2) s’illumine en rouge) et

sélectionnez l’un des deux programmes ENERGY (5) ou RELAX (3) ou composez vous-même votre séance de massage

grâce au massage SHIATSU (zone 7).

Pour un massage plus intense, vous pouvez enlever le protège dossier se trouvant sur le mécanisme (Figure 2).

Remarque : il est possible lors des premières utilisations que certains points de tensions soient douloureux. Dans ce cas,

n’hésitez pas à modifier votre positionnement sur le matelas afin que le massage soit agréable.

Pour arrêter l’appareil :

Appuyer sur l’interrupteur « Marche/Arrêt » (1). Le voyant (2) rouge clignote pendant que le mécanisme revient au

point initial puis s’arrête (le voyant (2) s’éteint).

Débrancher la prise (d) du secteur afin de vous assurer que le mécanisme ne se remettra pas en marche par inadver-

tance.

4. PROGRAMME RELAX

Ce programme de 30 minutes a été crée spécialement pour vous offrir une longue séance de massage relaxante et

source de bien-être.

1. Appuyer sur le bouton RELAX (3) pour démarrer le programme (le voyant (4) s’illumine). Vous allez alterner différentes

phases de massage, de chaleur et de musique relaxante. Pour arrêter le programme RELAX, appuyer une seconde fois

sur le bouton RELAX(3).

Remarque : La fonction programme ne permet pas de modifier vous-même les paramètres de massage (vitesse, chaleur,

zone) ou de brancher votre lecteur MP3. Il reste néanmoins possible de modifier la musique. Vous pouvez augmenter le

son (25) ou le diminuer (24) ainsi que choisir le morceau de musique que vous préférez à l’aide des boutons 22 et 23.

5. PROGRAMME ENERGY

Ce programme de 15 minutes a été crée spécialement pour vous offrir une séance de massage tonifiante source d’éner-

gie et de vitalité.

1. Appuyer sur le bouton ENERGY (5) pour démarrer le programme (le voyant (6) s’illumine). Vous allez alterner diffé-

rentes phases de massage, de vibrations et de musique tonifiante. Pour arrêter le programme ENERGY, appuyer une se-

conde fois sur le bouton ENERGY(5).

Remarque : La fonction programmes ne permet pas de modifier vous-même les paramètres de massage (vitesse, cha-

leur, zone) ou de brancher votre lecteur MP3. Il reste néanmoins possible de modifier la musique. Vous pouvez augmen-

ter le son (25) ou le diminuer (24) ainsi que choisir le morceau de musique que vous préférez à l’aide des boutons 22 et

23.

6. MASSAGE SHIATSU

Pour démarrer la séance de massage personnalisée, sélectionner la zone où vous voulez être massé.

HAUT (8) : massage SHIATSU localisé du milieu jusqu’en haut du dos.

BAS (10) : massage SHIATSU localisé du milieu jusqu’en bas du dos

DOS (12) : massage SHIATSU de l’intégralité du dos, de haut en bas et de bas en haut

VARIATION DE VITESSE

ous avez la possibilité de faire varier la vitesse de massage selon votre sensibilité. Pour augmenter la vitesse, ap-

puyer sur la flèche du haut du bouton SPEED (14). Pour diminuer la vitesse, appuyer sur la flèche du bas du bouton

SPEED (15).

Remarque : La variation de vitesse ne peut être utilisée qu’avec le massage SHIATSU.

7. VIBRATIONS

Vous pouvez compléter votre séance de massage par des vibrations afin de vous redynamiser et d’évacuer les tensions.

l existe deux modes de vibration. Pour sélectionner le premier, appuyer une fois sur le bouton VIBRATION (18). Le

voyant vibration n°1 s’allume (19). Pour obtenir le deuxième mode de vibrations, appuyer une seconde fois sur le bouton

VIBRATION (18). Le voyant vibration n°2 s’allume (20). Pour arrêter les vibrations, appuyer une troisième fois sur le bou-

ton VIBRATION (18).

8. FONCTION CHALEUR

Le matelas de massage diffuse une douce chaleur au cours du massage.

Appuyer sur le bouton HEAT (16) pour démarrer la fonction chaleur. Les billes du mécanisme de massage s’illuminent et

le voyant de la télécommande s’illumine en orange (17). Pour augmenter la température, appuyer une deuxième fois sur

le bouton HEAT (16). Le voyant de la télécommande s’illumine en rouge (17).

La chaleur n’est pas immédiate. Il faut attendre 5 à 6 minutes avant d’en ressentir les effets.

Pour arrêter la fonction, appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton HEAT (16), la chaleur diminue progressivement et le voyant

(17) s’éteint.

Remarque : La fonction chaleur ne peut-être utilisée sans la sélection du massage personnalisable SHIATSU (zone 7)

9. FONCTION MUSIQUE

a) Sons

Le matelas de massage est équipé de 3 musiques : 2 musiques douces et relaxantes et 1 musique tonifiante.

Appuyer sur le bouton « Marche/Arrêt » (21) de la fonction musique

Sélectionner la musique de votre choix à l’aide des boutons de sélection du titre (22 et 23)

Régler le volume sonore grâce aux touches de réglages de l’intensité (24 et 25)

Pour mettre sur pause appuyer une fois sur le bouton « Marche/Arrêt » (21) de la fonction musique.

Attention, la diffusion des 3 sons enregistrés ne fonctionne pas dans le cas où le cordon (27) reliant le matelas au lecteur

Brancher le cordon (27) fourni à l’emplacement prévu à cet effet sur la télécommande (26).

Brancher votre lecteur MP3 sur le cordon (27) prévu à cet effet (figure 4).

Allumer votre lecteur MP3

• Lorsque le MP3 est branché, toutes les actions liées à la musique se font sur ce lecteur MP3 et non pas à l’aide de la té-

lécommande de l’appareil de massage.

• N’oubliez pas de vous assurer que la fonction musique est bien arrêtée en appuyant sur le bouton marche/arrêt du

coussin (1) à la fin de votre séance de massage et en débranchant la prise du secteur.

10- ENTRETIEN

Débrancher l’appareil et le laisser refroidir. Pour le nettoyer, utiliser un chiffon doux humidifié avec une

eau légèrement savonneuse. Attention à ne jamais immerger aucune partie de votre appareil dans l’eau.

Ne réutilisez l’appareil que lorsqu’il est entièrement sec. Ne jamais nettoyer le matelas avec une brosse

dure ou avec des produits abrasifs, des solvants ou de l’alcool.

Attention, le matelas n’est pas déhoussable et ne doit pas être lavé à la machine.

11- RANGEMENT

Ne pas ranger l’appareil tant que les billes ne sont pas complètement froides. Ranger l’appareil dans son carton d’embal-

lage ou dans un endroit frais, sec et sûr. Eviter tout contact avec des objets à angles saillants ou pointus, susceptibles de

mportant! In order for the massage mechanism to function, it is essential that you remove the transport screw located on the

back of the appliance using the hexagonal spanner before using the appliance. If you fail to remove the screw the appliance will be ir-

reparably damaged. Do not try to replace the screw after having removed it, throw it away.

Place the mat at back level on a flat or slightly inclined surface, on a bed or on the ground.

Note:

it is important to place the mat on a stable surface. Do not use on a soft bed.

If you wish, you can place the small cushion under your head.

. Connect the power pack (d) to the mat cord (c). Plug into the mains (Figure 1).

the "On/Off" switch (1) on the remote control (the indicator (2) will light up red) and select one of the two programmes: ENERGY (5) or

RELAX (3) or compose you own massage session with the SHIATZU massage (zone 7).

or a more intense massage, you can remove the seat protector that covers the mechanism (Figure 2).

Note: when first using the appliance, certain tension points may be painful. If this is the case, change your position on the mat until

the massage is pleasant.

To stop the appliance:

Press the "On/Off" switch (1). The red indicator light will flash while the mechanism returns to its initial position, and then goes off

(the indicator (2) goes off).

Disconnect the plug (h) from the mains supply in order to ensure that the mechanism cannot be accidentally reactivated.

4. RELAX PROGRAMME

This 30-minute programme has been specially created to provide you with a long relaxing massage session for total wellbeing.

1. Press the RELAX switch (3) to commence the programme (the indicator light (4) will come on). There will be alternating phases of

massage, heat and relaxing music. To stop the RELAX programme, press the RELAX switch (3) a second time.

Note:

The function programme does not allow you to modify the massage parameters (speed, heat, zone) or to plug in your MP3

player.

You can change the music, however. You can increase the volume (25) or reduce it (24) as well as selecting the music you wish to listen

to using switches 22 and 23.

5. ENERGY PROGRAMME

This 15-minute programme has been specially created to provide you with a stimulating massage, an excellent source of energy and

vitality.

1. Press the ENERGY switch (5) to commence the programme (the indicator light (6) will come on). There will be alternating phases of

massage, vibrations and stimulating music. To stop the ENERGY programme, press the ENERGY switch (5) a second time.

Note:

The function programme does not allow you to modify the massage parameters (speed, heat, zone) or to plug in your MP3

player.

You can change the music, however. You can increase the volume (25) or reduce it (24) as well as selecting the music you wish to listen

to using switches 22 and 23.

6. SHIATSU MASSAGE

To begin the personalised massage session, select the zone you wish to be massaged.

UPPER (8): SHIATSU massage from the middle of the back to the top of the back.

LOWER (10): SHIATSU massage from the middle of the back to the bottom of the back.

BACK (12): SHIATSU massage of the entire back, from top to bottom and bottom to top.

SPEED VARIATION

You can alter the speed of the massage to suit your own sensitivity. To increase the speed, press the upper arrow on the SPEED switch

(14). To reduce the speed, press the lower arrow on the SPEED switch (15).

Note: Speed may only be varied with the SHIATSU massage.

7. VIBRATIONS

You can complete your massage session with vibrations in order to re-energise yourself and relieve stress and tension. There are two

vibration modes. To select the first, press the VIBRATION switch (18) once. The vibration No1 indicator (19) will light up. To activate the

second vibration mode, press the VIBRATION switch (18) a second time. The vibration No2 indicator (20) will light up. To stop the vibra-

tions, press the VIBRATION switch (18) a third time.

8. HEAT FUNCTION

The massage mat radiates a gentle heat during the massage.

Press the HEAT switch (16) to activate the heat function. The balls of the massage mechanism light up and the indicator on the remote

control lights up orange (17). To increase the temperature, press the HEAT switch (16) a second time. The indicator on the remote

control will turn red (17).

The heat is not instantaneous. You will have to wait for 5 to 6 minutes before feeling the effects.

o turn off the heat function, press the HEAT switch (16) again, the heat will gradually diminish and the indicator (17) will go off.

Note:The heat function cannot be used unless the personalisable SHIATSU massage (zone 7) is selected.

9. MUSIC

a) Soundtracks

he massage mat is equipped with 3 types of music: 2 gentle and relaxing tunes and 1 stimulating tune

Note: The 3 pre-recorded tracks cannot be played if the lead (27) connecting the mattress to the MP3 player has not been removed (Fi-

gure 4) or if your MP3 player is connected to the remote control.

b) MP3 player

When you are using the mattress you can listen to your own choice of music with the MP3 connector.

Connect the lead supplied (27) to the socket on the remote control (26).

Connect your MP3 player to the lead (27) (Figure 4).

Turn on your MP3 player

• When your MP3 player is connected to the mattress it will control the music played and the remote control will have no effect.

• At the end of your massage session make sure the MUSIC function is turned off by pressing the ON/OFF button (1) and unplugging

the power supply.

10- MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. To clean it use a soft cloth moistened with slightly soapy water. Be

careful not to put any part of the appliance into water. Do not use the appliance again until it is completely dry.

Never clean the mattress with a hard brush, abrasive substances, solvents or alcohol. Warning: the mattress cover

is not removable and the mattress cannot be machine washed.

11- STORAGE

Do not store the mattress until the balls have cooled down completely. Store it in the original box or in a cool, dry, secure place. Avoid

any contact with sharp corners or pointed objects which may pierce or tear the fabric. Do not wind the power cord round the appliance,

as this may damage it. Do not hold the mattress up by the cord.
