Unit will not turn ON
• Make sure Power is ON.
• Make sure batteries are properly inserted.
• Try new batteries.
No Sound
• Make sure headphones are ON.
• Make sure volume is turned up.
• Make sure IR transmitter is ON.
• Make sure you are within line-of-sight of IR transmitter.
• Make sure the headphones and IR transmitter are on the same channel.
• Confirm that the transmitter is installed and operating correctly.
