1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully
read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not
responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes in-
juries and damages. Always keep the instructions with
the appliance for future reference.
1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety
WARNING!
Risk of suffocation, injury or permanent disability.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they are supervised by an adult or a per-
son who is responsible for their safety.
• Do not let children play with the appliance.
• Keep all packaging away from children.
• Keep children and pets away from the appliance when
it operates or when it cools down. Accessible parts are
hot.
• If the appliance has a child safety device, we recom-
mend that you activate it.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
1.2 General Safety
• The appliance and its accessible parts become hot
during use. Do not touch the heating elements.
• Do not operate the appliance by means of an external
timer or separate remote-control system.
• Unattended cooking on a hob with fat or oil can be
dangerous and may result in fire.

• Never try to extinguish a fire with water, but switch off
the appliance and then cover flame e.g. with a lid or a
fire blanket.
• Do not store items on the cooking surfaces.
• Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.
• Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids
should not be placed on the hob surface since they
can get hot.
• If the glass ceramic surface is cracked, switch off the
appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock.
2.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 Installation
WARNING!
Only a qualified person must in-
stall this appliance.
• Remove all the packaging.
• Do not install or use a damaged appli-
ance.
• Obey the installation instruction sup-
plied with the appliance.
• Keep the minimum distance from the
other appliances and units.
• Always be careful when you move the
appliance because it is heavy. Always
wear safety gloves.
• Seal the cut surfaces with a sealant to
prevent moisture to cause swelling.
• Protect the bottom of the appliance
from steam and moisture.
• Do not install the appliance adjacent to
a door or under a window. This pre-
vents hot cookware to fall from the ap-
pliance when the door or the window is
opened.
• If the appliance is installed above draw-
ers make sure that the space, between
the bottom of the appliance and the up-
per drawer, is sufficient for air circula-
tion.
• The bottom of the appliance can get
hot. We recommend to install a non-
combustile separation panel under the
appliance to prevent access to the bot-
tom.
Electrical connection
WARNING!
Risk of fire and electrical shock.
• All electrical connections must be made
by a qualified electrician.
• The appliance must be earthed.
• Before carrying out any operation make
sure that the appliance is disconnected
from the power supply.
• Use the correct electricity mains cable.
• Do not let the electricity mains cable
tangle.
• Make sure the mains cable or plug (if
applicable) does not touch the hot ap-
pliance or hot cookware, when you
connect the appliance to the near sock-
ets
• Make sure the appliance is installed
correctly. Loose and incorrect electricity
mains cable or plug (if applicable) can
make the terminal become too hot.
• Make sure that a shock protection is in-
stalled.
• Use the strain relief clamp on cable.
• Make sure not to cause damage to the
mains plug (if applicable) or to the
mains cable. Contact the Service or an

electrician to change a damaged mains
cable.
• The electrical installation must have an
isolation device which lets you discon-
nect the appliance from the mains at all
poles. The isolation device must have a
contact opening width of minimum 3
mm.
• Use only correct isolation devices: line
protecting cut-outs, fuses (screw type
fuses removed from the holder), earth
leakage trips and contactors.
2.2 Use
WARNING!
Risk of injury, burns or electric
shock.
• Use this appliance in a household envi-
ronment.
• Do not change the specification of this
appliance.
• Do not use an external timer or a sepa-
rate remote-control system to operate
the appliance.
• Do not let the appliance stay unatten-
ded during operation.
• Do not operate the appliance with wet
hands or when it has contact with wa-
ter.
• Do not put cutlery or saucepan lids on
the cooking zones. They become hot.
• Set the cooking zone to “off” after use.
• Do not use the appliance as a work
surface or as a storage surface.
• If the surface of the appliance is
cracked, disconnect immediately the
appliance from the power supply. This
to prevent an electrical shock.
WARNING!
Risk of fire or explosion.
• Fats and oil when heated can release
flammable vapours. Keep flames or
heated objects away from fats and oils
when you cook with them.
• The vapours that very hot oil releases
can cause spontaneous combustion.
• Used oil, that can contain food rem-
nants, can cause fire at a lower temper-
ature than oil used for the first time.
• Do not put flammable products or items
that are wet with flammable products
in, near or on the appliance.
• Do not try to extinguish a fire with wa-
ter. Disconnect the appliance and cover
the flame with a lid or a fire blanket.
WARNING!
Risk of damage to the appliance.
• Do not keep hot cookware on the con-
trol panel.
• Do not let cookware to boil dry.
• Be careful not to let objects or cook-
ware fall on the appliance. The surface
can be damaged.
• Do not activate the cooking zones with
empty cookware or without cookware.
• Do not put aluminium foil on the appli-
ance.
• Cookware made of cast iron, aluminium
or with a damaged bottom can cause
scratches on the glass ceramic. Always
lift these objects up when you have to
move them on the cooking surface.
2.3 Care and Cleaning
WARNING!
Risk of damage to the appliance.
• Clean regularly the appliance to prevent
the deterioration of the surface material.
• Do not use water spray and steam to
clean the appliance.
• Clean the appliance with a moist soft
cloth. Only use neutral detergents. Do
not use abrasive products, abrasive
cleaning pads, solvents or metal ob-
jects.
2.4 Disposal
WARNING!
Risk of injury or suffocation.
• Contact your municipal authority for in-
formation on how to discard the appli-
ance correctly.
• Disconnect the appliance from the
mains supply.
• Cut off the mains cable and discard it.

4. DAILY USE
WARNING!
Refer to the Safety chapters.
To switch on and increase the heat set-
ting turn the knob counterclockwise. To
decrease the heat setting turn the knob
clockwise. To switch off turn the knob to
the 0.
4.1 Before first use
Put on all cooking zones a pan filled with
some water. Set the maximum position
and operate the appliance for approxi-
mately 10 minutes until water inside the
pans boils. After that, operate the appli-
ance at minimum position for 20 minutes.
During this period, an odour and smoke
can occur. This is normal. Make sure that
the airflow is sufficient.
After this operation, clean the appliance
with a soft cloth soaked in warm water.

5.1 Cookware
• The bottom of the cookware
must be as thick and flat as
possible.
• Cookware made of enamelled
steel and with aluminium or
copper bottoms can cause dis-
coloration on glass ceramic sur-
face.

5.2 Energy saving
• If possible, always put the lids
on the cookware.
• Put cookware on a cooking
zone before you start it.
• Stop the cooking zones before
the end of the cooking time to
use residual heat.
• The bottom of pans and cook-
ing zones must have the same
dimension.

Information on acrylamides
Important! According to the newest
scientific knowledge, if you brown food
(specially the one which contains starch),
acrylamides can pose a health risk. Thus,
we recommend that you cook at the
lowest temperatures and do not brown
food too much.
6. CARE AND CLEANING
WARNING!
Refer to the Safety chapters.
Clean the appliance after each use.
Always use cookware with clean bottom.
WARNING!
Before any maintenance or clean-
ing can be carried out, you must
disconnect the hob from the elec-
tricity supply.
The hob is best cleaned while it is
still warm, as spillage can be re-
moved more easily than if it is left
to cool.
WARNING!
Sharp objects and abrasive clean-
ing agents will damage the appli-
ance.
For your safety, do not clean the
appliance with steam blasters or
high-pressure cleaners.
Scratches or dark stains on the
glass ceramic have no effect on
how the appliance operates.
To remove the dirt:
1.
– Remove immediately:melted
plastic, plastic foil, and food with
sugar. If not, the dirt can cause
damage to the appliance. Use a

special scraper for the glass . Put
the scraper on the glass surface at
an acute angle and move the blade
on the surface .
– Remove after the appliance is
sufficiently cool:limescale rings ,
water rings, fat stains, shiny metal-
lic discolorations. Use a special
cleaning agent for glass ceramic or
stainless steel.

Clean the appliance with a moist cloth
and some detergent.

At the end rub the appliance dry
with a clean cloth.
7. TROUBLESHOOTING

• Examine the fuse in the electrical system of the
house in the fuse box. If the fuses blow time after
time, speak to an authorised electrician.
The cooking zone does
not heat up.
• Make sure that the appliance is plugged in and the
electrical supply is switched on.
• Make sure that you turn the correct control knob.
• Examine the fuse in the electrical system of the
house in the fuse box. If the fuses blow time after
time, speak to an authorised electrician.
The effectiveness of the
hob is not satisfactory.
• Make sure that the hob is clean and dry.
• Make sure that the cookware is the correct size for
the cooking zone.
• Make sure that the cookware has a flat bottom.
• Make sure that the heat setting is correct for this
type of cooking.
If there is a fault, first try to find a solution
to the problem yourself. If you cannot find
a solution to the problem yourself, speak
your dealer or the local Service Force
Centre.
If you operated the appliance in-
correctly, or the installation was
not carried out by a registered en-
gineer, the visit from the customer
service technician or dealer may
not take place free of charge,
even during the warranty period.

8. INSTALLATION

8.1 Installation
WARNING!
Read and follow the instructions
carefully. There is a risk of injury or
damage to the appliance.
• Make sure that there is no damage to
the appliance from the transportation.
Do not connect a damaged appliance.
Speak to the supplier if necessary.
• Install built-in appliances only after you
assemble the appliance into correct
built-in units and work surfaces. Make
sure that built-in units and surfaces
obey the standards.
• Obey all orders and standards in force
in the country where you use the appli-
ance (safety standards, recycling stand-
ards, electrical safety standards etc.)
WARNING!
Risk of injury from electrical cur-
rent.
• The electrical mains terminal is live.
• Make electrical mains terminal free of
voltage.
• If the fixing bracket is near to the termi-
nal block, do not let the connection ca-
ble come in contact with the edge of
the bracket.
8.2 Electrical connection
• Make sure that the rated voltage and
type of power on the rating plate agree
with the voltage and the power of the
local power supply.
• This appliance is supplied with a mains
cable. It has to be supplied with a cor-
rect plug which can hold the load that
the rating plate rates. Make sure that
you install the plug in a correct socket.
• Always use a correctly installed shock-
proof socket.
• Make sure that there is an access to
the mains plug after the installation.
• Do not pull the mains cable to discon-
nect the appliance. Always pull the
mains plug.

• There is a risk of fire when the appli-
ance is in connection with an extension
cable, an adapter or a multiple connec-
tion. Make sure that the ground con-
nection agrees with the standards and
regulations.
• Do not let the power cable to heat up
to a temperature higher than 90° C.
Make sure that you connect the blue neu-
tral cable to the terminal with a letter "N"
on it. Connect the brown (or black) phase
cable to the terminal which has a letter
"L". Keep the phase cable connected at
all times.
8.3 Replacement of the
connection cable
To replace the connection cable use only
H05V2V2-F T90 or equivalent type. Make
sure that the cable section is applicable to
the voltage and the working temperature.
The yellow/green earth wire must be ap-
proximately 2 cm longer than the brown
(or black) phase wire.

Kitchen unit with oven
The hob recess dimensions must obey
the indication and the kitchen unit must
be equipped with vents to let a continu-
ous supply of air. The electrical connec-
tion of the hob and the oven must be in-
stalled separately for safety reasons and
to let easy remove oven from the unit.

1. OHUTUSINFO
Enne seadme paigaldamist ja kasutamist lugege kaasasolev ju‐
hend tähelepanelikult läbi. Tootja ei vastuta vale paigaldamise või
ebaõige kasutuse tõttu tekkinud vigastuste ja kahjude eest. Hoidke
juhend alles, et saaksite seda ka edaspidi kasutada.
1.1 Laste ja ohustatud inimeste turvalisus

Lämbumise, vigastuse või püsiva kahjustuse oht!
• Seda seadet võivad kasutada vähemalt 8-aastased lapsed ning
samuti füüsilise, sensoorse või vaimse puudega või kogemuste
ja teadmisteta isikud juhul, kui neid valvab täiskasvanud inimene
või nende turvalisuse eest vastutav isik.

• Kahjustatud seadet ei tohi paigaldada ega ka‐
sutada.
• Järgige seadmega kaasas olevaid paigaldus‐
juhiseid.
• Tagage minimaalne kaugus muudest seadme‐
test ja mööbliesemetest.
• Olge seadme teise kohta viimisel ettevaatlik,
sest see on raske. Kasutage alati kaitsekin‐
daid.
• Kaitske lõikepindu niiskuskahjustuste eest so‐
biva tihendi abil.
• Kaitske seadme põhja auru ja niiskuse eest.
• Ärge paigutage seadet ukse kõrvale ega akna
alla. Vastasel korral võivad nõud ukse või ak‐
na avamisel seadme pealt maha kukkuda.
• Kui paigaldate seadme sahtlite kohale, siis jäl‐
gige, et seadme põhja ja ülemise sahtli vahele
jääks piisavalt ruumi õhuringluse jaoks.
• Seadme põhi võib minna kuumaks. Põhjale
juurdepääsu tõkestamiseks on soovitatav
seadme alla paigaldada eralduspaneel.

Isolatsiooniseadise lahutatud kontaktide vahe‐
mik peab olema vähemalt 3 mm.
• Kasutage ainult õigeid isolatsiooniseadiseid:
kaitselüliteid, kaitsmeid (keermega kaitsmed
tuleb pesast eemaldada), maalekkevoolu
kaitsmeid ja kontaktoreid.
2.2 Kasutamine

• Kasutage seda seadet ainult kodustes tingi‐

• Ärge muutke seadme tehnilisi omadusi.
• Ärge kasutage seadet välise taimeri või eraldi
kaugjuhtimissüsteemi abil.

• Ärge kasutage seadet märgade kätega või ju‐
hul, kui seade on kontaktis veega.
• Ärge pange söögiriistu või potikaasi keeduväl‐

nõud võivad klaaskeraamilist pinda kriimusta‐
da. Kui teil on vaja nõusid pliidil liigutada, tõst‐
ke need alati üles.
2.3 Hooldus ja puhastus

• Puhastage seadet regulaarselt, et vältida plii‐
dipinna materjali kahjustumist.
• Ärge kasutage seadme puhastamiseks vee-
või aurupihustit.
• Puhastage seadet pehme niiske lapiga. Kasu‐
tage ainult neutraalseid puhastusaineid. Ärge
kasutage abrasiivseid tooteid, küürimisšvam‐
me, lahusteid ega metallist esemeid.
2.4 Jäätmekäitlus

• Seadme õige kõrvaldamise kohta saate täpse‐

4. IGAPÄEVANE KASUTAMINE
HOIATUS
Vt ohutust käsitlevaid peatükke.
Soojusastme sisselülitamiseks ja suurendami‐
seks keerake nuppu vastupäeva. Soojusastme
vähendamiseks keerake nuppu päripäeva. Välja‐
lülitamiseks keerake nupp asendisse 0.
4.1 Enne esimest kasutamist
Asetage kõigile keeduväljadele nõu veega. Vali‐
ge maksimaalne asend ja laske seadmel umbes
10 minutit töötada, kuni nõudes olev vesi keema
hakkab. Seejärel laske seadmel kõige väiksemal
soojusel töötada 20 minutit. Toimingu käigus
võib eralduda lõhna ja suitsu. See on normaalne.
Veenduge, et õhk saab piisavalt liikuda.
Pärast seda puhastage seadet soojas vees niisu‐
tatud pehme lapiga.
5. VIHJEID JA NÄPUNÄITEID

5.1 Küpsetusnõud
• Nõu põhi peab olema võimalikult
paks ja tasane.
• Terasemail- või alumiiniumnõud või
vaskpõhjaga nõud võivad jätta klaas‐
keraamilisele pinnale plekke.

Kasutage potte ja panne, mille põhi vas‐

ära jääksoojus.

Tähtis Uusimate teaduslike andmete kohaselt on
toidu pruunistamisel (eriti tärklist sisaldavate
toiduainete puhul) tekkivad akrüülamiidid
tervisele ohtlikud. Seetõttu soovitame valmistada
toitu võimalikult madalal temperatuuril ning toitu
mitte liialt pruunistada.

6. PUHASTUS JA HOOLDUS

Puhastage seadet pärast igakordset kasutamist.
Kasutage alati puhta põhjaga keedunõusid.

Enne hooldamist või puhastamist tuleb
pliit vooluvõrgust eemaldada.
Pliiti on kõige parem puhastada, kui see
on veel soe, kuna pritsmete eemaldami‐
ne lihtsam, kui pliit pole veel jahtunud.
HOIATUS
Teravad objektid ja abrasiivsed puhas‐
tusvahendid kahjustavad seadet.
Turvakaalutlustel ei tohi seadet puhas‐
tada aurupuhastite või kõrgsurvepuhas‐
titega.
Kriimustused või tumedad plekid klaas‐
keraamikal ei mõjuta seadme tööd.
Mustuse eemaldamiseks:

– Eemaldage kohe:sulav plast, plastkile ja
suhkrut sisaldava toidu jäägid. Vastasel
korral võib mustus seadet kahjustada.
Kasutage spetsiaalset klaasikaabitsat.
Pange kaabits õige nurga all klaaspinna‐
le ja liigutage tera pliidi pinnal.
– Eemaldage pärast seadme piisavat ma‐
hajahtumist:katlekivirõngad, veerõngad,
rasvajäägid, metalse läikega värvimuutu‐
sega plekid. Kasutage spetsiaalset klaas‐
keraamika või roostevaba terase puhas‐
tusvahendit.

Puhastage seadet niiske lapi ja vähese ko‐
guse pesuainega.
3.
Lõpuks hõõruge seade puhta lapiga kui‐
vaks.
7. VEAOTSING
Probleem Võimalik põhjus ja lahendus
Seade ei tööta. • Kontrollige elektrikilbis olevaid kaitsmeid. Kui kaitsmed lüli‐
tuvad pidevalt välja, siis võtke ühendust kvalifitseeritud
elektrikuga.
Keeduväli ei kuumene. • Kontrollige, kas seade on vooluvõrku ühendatud ja elektri‐
vool sisse lülitatud.
• Veenduge, et keerate õiget juhtnuppu.
• Kontrollige elektrikilbis olevaid kaitsmeid. Kui kaitsmed lüli‐
tuvad pidevalt välja, siis võtke ühendust kvalifitseeritud
elektrikuga.
Pliidi töötulemus ei ole rahu‐
ldav.
• Veenduge, et pliidiplaat on puhas ja kuiv.
• Veenduge, et keedunõu suurus vastab keeduvälja suuruse‐
le.
• Veenduge, et keedunõu põhi on lame.
• Veenduge, et soojusaste vastab valmistatava toidu tüübile.
Vigade ilmnemisel proovige leida kõigepealt ise‐
seisvalt lahendus. Kui Te ei leia probleemile la‐
hendust, pöörduge edasimüüja poole või kohalik‐
ku teeninduskeskusse.
Juhul, kui kasutate seadet ebaõigesti
või paigaldust ei ole läbi viinud volitatud
mehhaanik, ei ole klienditeeninduse
tehniku visiit teile tasuta, isegi mitte ga‐
rantiiajal.

8. PAIGALDAMINE

8.1 Paigaldamine
HOIATUS
Lugege juhised hoolikalt läbi ja järgige
neid. Seadme rikkumise või vigastamise
oht!
• Kontrollige hoolikalt, ega seade pole transpor‐
timisel viga saanud. Vigastatud seadet ei tohi
vooluvõrku ühendada. Vajadusel võtke ühen‐
dust müüjaga.
• Integreeritavaid seadmeid võib paigaldada ai‐
nult selleks ette nähtud ja õigesse köögimöö‐
blisse või tööpindadesse. Mööbel ja tööpinnad
peavad vastama standarditele.
• Järgige seadme kasutuskoha riigis kehtivaid
eeskirju ja ja standardeid (ohutuseeskir‐
jad,korduvkasutamist käsitlevad eeskirjad,
elektriohutuse reeglid jne).
HOIATUS
Elektrivoolust lähtuv vigastusoht!
• Toiteklemm on voolu all.
• Vabastage toiteklemm voolu alt.
• Kui kinnitusseade asub klemmiploki lähedu‐
ses, siis tagage, et ühenduskaabel ei puutuks
vastu kinnituse serva.

8.2 Elektriühendus
• Veenduge, et nimivõimsus ja andmesildil too‐
dud voolutüüp on kooskõlas kohaliku pinge ja
vooluga.
• Selle seadme juurde kuulub ka toitejuhe. Selle
juurde peab kuuluma õige pistik ning see
peab taluma andmesildil toodud koormust.
Veenduge, et panete pistiku õigesse pistiku‐
pessa.
• Kasutage alati nõuetekohaselt paigaldatud
ohutut pistikupesa.
• Veenduge, et pärast paigaldamist säilib juur‐
depääs toitepistikule.
• Seadet välja lülitades ärge tõmmake toitekaa‐
blist. Hoidke alati kinni toitepistikust.
• Seadme ühendamisel pikendusjuhet, adapterit
või mitmikpistikut kasutades tekib tulekah‐
juoht. Jälgige, et maandus vastaks kehtivatele
nõuetele ja eeskirjadele.
• Ärge laske toitejuhtmel kuumeneda üle 90° C.
Veenduge, et sinine neutraalkaabel on ühenda‐
tud klemmiga, mille tähis on "N". Ühendage
pruun (või must) faasikaabel klemmiga, mille tä‐
his on "L". Hoidke faasikaabel alati ühendatuna.
8.3 Ühenduskaabli vahetamine
Ühenduskaabli asendamiseks kasutage ainult
H05V2V2-F T90 või teist sama tüüpi kaablit.
Veenduge, et kaabli ristlõige vastab pingele ja
töötemperatuurile. Kollane/roheline maandusjuhe
peab olema ligikaudu 2 cm pikem kui pruun (või
must) faasijuhe.
