tailed instructions for use and important assembly and safety information.
This quick guide only includes brief instructions for use.
Preparation for use
− Insert the two supplied AAA LR03 batteries into the remote control, paying attention
to the correct polarity.
− Position the soundbar and the subwoofer on a stable, level surface near read-
ily accessible power points (for information about wall mounting, see the user
manual).
− Set up the subwoofer close to the soundbar to ensure there is no interference when
the devices connect.
Connect television via HDMI ARC/HDMI eARC
− Set the volume on the television to a moderate level.
− Switch off the television and the soundbar.
− Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC/HDMI eARC 3 port of the soundbar.
− Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN (ARC) port on your
television.
− Turn on the ARC and CEC functions on your television and set the audio output for-
mat to PCM (Pulse Code Modulation).
Connecting the soundbar and subwoofer to mains power
− Ensure that all required devices are connected to the soundbar.
− Connect the supplied mains cord to the AC~ 2 socket on the soundbar and con-
nect the other end to a readily accessible mains power point.
− Connect the supplied mains cord to the AC~ 1 socket on the subwoofer and con-
nect the other end to a readily accessible mains power point.
Switch on soundbar
− Press the button on the remote control 5 or on the soundbar 4 to switch on
the soundbar.
The soundbar and subwoofer pair with one another automatically when started up for
the fi rst time.
